Even though address is Belle Plaine, brewery is actually 5 miles West on road along Minnesota River in Old creamery building in Blakely. There last evening and 23 different taps were available. Open only Thurs, Fri, and Sat during winter. Many special events are scheduled along with food trucks. Check website or Facebook for events. Honey Root Beer is great also.

Kerfoot Canopy Tours is a great experience. I went solo and was paired with a fun group.
I highly recommend this tour. The guides we had, John and Sierra we very knowledgeable and did a great job training our group. They we also fun and super upbeat. That made the experience absolutely perfect.
The service at Kerfoot was also great. I was amazed at the level of professionalism.
The zip lines were well set up and the views beautiful. I plan to go again soon.

We were on a tight schedule to get from Minneapolis to Beresford, SD in time for a family dinner. With a late start we had no time for tourist stops. We made a pit stop at the local Dairy Queen and picked up an Orange Julius and a snack and soon after getting back on Hwy.169 I noticed a beautiful park which at first glance appeared to be dedicated to military veterans. I made a quick right turn off of the highway and was very moved by this beautiful community tribute to the "Supreme Sacrifice" paid by many Belle Plaine residents in defense of this country. The walk through the park begins with the POW - MIA Trail which is lined with as many as 100 flag poles, each of which is dedicated to to a least one local veteran. Many of the poles have several dedication plaques. Vietnam Vets will take special notice of the UH-1A "Huey" Iroquois Helicopter on display. If you have the opportunity, make the stop and walk through the park. Veterans, their families and history buffs will have a particular interest here.

Jim’s Apple Farm is family owned and operated. The family has lived and conducted business in Scott County dating back to the 1930’s. The retail site at 20430 Johnson Memorial Drive is supported by apple orchards and produce fields in Jordan and Belle Plaine. Jim’s Apple Farm is a family business that has been operating at its current location for 39 years. We are a seasonal business, open Mid-May through November, focusing on candy, apples, fall produce, baked goods, jigsaw puzzles and gift shop items. In addition to our own products, we offer many others that are raised or made locally by our neighbors. Phone Number Not Working.
Polka music, delicious pie, candy and abo it 20,000 kinds of root beer. Not to mention all the fun things to look at for the kids. What more can you ask for? It gets better each year.

The Jordan Mini Met is an incredibly picturesque ballpark: an immaculate field surrounded with trees, covered wood stands, a nearby creek, and a concession stand selling inexpensive snacks, beer and beverages. The amateur baseball teams are local, traveling between their various town parks, and the play can be very engaging. If you have not yet experienced Minnesota town ball, this is the place to do it.
Admission to games is minimal (I think season tickets were $15 last year!), and there is ample parking. Great for a family outing in the summer, or a relaxing evening for couples and friends.

This is a very nice orchard. They have a wonderful barn/lodge with a huge fireplace. Also have a great venue for weddings with a reception barn set up. The apples are very good, not cheap but worth the money.
