Christian Delacoux exhibits permanently at home, between Pau and Lourdes in Montaut, a small village of 1200 souls. The location of the showroom is visible on the map : it is in the heart of the village, on the church square. To ensure that the artist is there, the best is to contact him before your visit.

A great museum, tells you the history of the French paratroopers but what really made it for us was our guide, a paratrooper himself, he really brought it all to life. Definitely recommend a visit if in the area....

The “berret” in Béarnais, made and worn in this country for several centuries well deserved its Museum. The BLANCQ OLIBET establishments, manufacturers of berets since 1819 (5 generations) opened in 1996 a corporate museum dedicated to the history and production of the famous headgear in France! Today Showcase of Ets LAULHERE in Oloron Ste Marie, last historic manufacturer, the Museum is a real jewel for the jewel that has become the Béarnais Beret. It is in Nay, at the foot of the Pyrenees, in a magnificent Directoire style stone building, that you will discover the secrets of its manufacture. A documentary film will give you some tips for wearing this famous beret. Let yourself be tempted by a visit! And if the beret charmed you, make a detour to the Boutique du Musée. Why then, in the absence of a wand under the arm, would you not leave with your beret on your head? See you soon in Nay!
