12 Lanes, intimate setting, great music, automatic scoring, full Bar & Grill, Cosmic Bowling Fri. & Sat. nights, family friendly. 2010, 2011, 2012 & 2013 Cleveland Magazine's "Best of the West"-Birthday Party Place. Great place to hold your next birthday, corporate party, reunion, or fundraiser.
My husband and I went tonight and had the greatest time. So inexpensive to play a few games and have a few drinks. The owners are hilarious and fun to talk to. Not a fancy establishment, but homey and comfortable. Will definitely be back.

Went here both evening I was in town for a conference. Great better end boutiques, still ample parking on Friday and Saturday evenings, with good food options inside the mall area. Out door fireplace to sit at on a cold evening

This park is great for kids with the newly remodeled play area....great climbing, running and sliding! Fields for soccer and baseball with beautiful views of Lake Erie! Be sure to enjoy the walk by the lake with a great view of downtown Cleveland!

I take my grandsons here for story hour and playtime in the children's section. That's where the trains come in - a super train platform with lots and lots of building tracks and bridge pieces.
I've attended evening adult events with a friend.
I go by myself to catch up on magazines and enjoy quiet time perusing the stacks.
Friendly staff and an elevator!

Great Northern Mall near Cleveland hosts shopping, Macy's and JCPenney department stores, Dick's Sporting Goods store, and over 120 more shops and restaurants. The mall is twelve miles southwest of Cleveland on I-480. Find convenient family parking near the H&M and Dillard's mall entrances.
The GNM gets super busy this time of year, and Starbucks' BOGO sale resulted in some congestion, but it wasn't insurmountable. The decision to place a ballet performance right in front of the Dick's store was questionable, however. We had to wade through and in front of parents trying to watch their kids perform and it seemed dangerous because we weren't sure we wouldn't get smacked in the face by a dancer! Just a bad logistics decision, especially considering that there were plenty of much better staging options.
But the store selection is good and staff was pleasantly surprising.

It was nice to visit while the small butterfly house was open (approx. Father's Day to Labor Day). A knowledgeable docent was on hand to give us the names of the types of butterflies and answer questions. This is not a huge exhibit, nor one with dozens of types of butterflies. The flower beds and planters on the grounds are attractive. We also took time to walk in the conservatory.

Great for children to see tortoises, rabbits, fish and birds. Their was also a fox, a few snakes and frogs. The birds were in small and old cages but was told most couldn't fly or were being rehabilitated to be released at a later date.
Many programs exist for scouting groups, children's camps or family learning centre but not really geared to the passing tourist. This recreation is free so if you want to fill in an hour or practise your photographic techniques you won't be disappointed. Just don't expect a mini zoo.
If you are looking for bird feeders or a variety of bird seeds then their little shop is sure to have what you are looking for. If it is advice you are after then the lady that runs it is extremely knowledgable.

Hop on a bicycle, lace up your running shoes or take your time strolling through any part of this scenic 60-mile long string of parks and garden areas.
There are multiple reservations/nature centers that make up the 'Emerald Necklace'. Each one is in a unique setting. It is truly a gem of Ohio- other states aren't as fortunate to have anything like this. If you have free time, I really recommend getting involved with one of their volunteer programs- great for high school students and adults of all ages.

I visited Crocker Park for my birthday weekend. We had hotel reservations at the Hyatt Place (right next to the movie theater), so my boyfriend and I decided to go see Moana after dinner at Cheesecake Factory. I really enjoyed this movie theater! This place is huge - somewhere around fifteen different theaters and an escalator. The seats in the theater are not the big plush recliners, but they do recline slightly and you can lift up the armrest in between seats if you would like. As we were leaving, we saw that they have Christmas classics showing every Saturday at noon for $5 (which is a real deal, because most things in Crocker Park aren't cheap - our tickets for a Friday night were about $12 each). And if you have a Regal membership card, you could also get a drink and popcorn combo for $5 during the Christmas movie. We came back the next day and saw A Christmas Story! I would recommend this movie theater to anyone visiting the area.

Love this theater for the reclining seats. I did notice something on this visit. The buttons for adjusting the seats are on the inside of the seat arm. If you have wider hips, your hips can trigger the button. Lifting the middle arm between me and my date helped.
The theater is very busy with very little customer service about. When you know what you are doing and just go to see a movie, it makes for a much nicer experience.
I would say that it is one of the best theaters in the Cleveland area.
