Wonderful massage with the peaceful sound of the waves under a private cabana on the beach (protected by armed security)! My masseuse was very attentive, and while she did not speak great English, she listened to my body and understood exactly what I was looking for perfectly! Ask for the “Promocìoon” and enjoy! They even escorted me safely to the neighboring store’s ATM to pay in Dominican Pesos to avoid the Credit Card fees. ATM tip: 550 pesos was the fee for taking out a max of 10,000 at a time. Nearby food tip: This spa shares the gardens with an excellent family-owned restaurant called, “Balicana” (Check out my other review) The team did an excellent job in making sure my girlfriend (who did not receive a massage as her body is too sensitive) and I were very comfortable and well taken care of!

We booked through Costco and until this excursion had run into almost no issues. Note that you have to contact them through WhatsApp to set up when they will get you. We did set this up for Friday afternoon. We then waited over an hour before contacting the company who is very slow with WhatsApp anyway. They "mixed up" the pickup somehow and then said our photos would be free on the trip. This wasted some of our time we could have used to do other things around the resort than sit wondering what's going on. They then rescheduled for Monday. Monday comes and again we are waiting... waiting. We finally call because we did not want to waste more of our time on this to say we want a refund. They basically said go through Expedia and hung up. I planned to simply do a chargeback anyway at this point. As we are walking away the driver finds us, no apology and we decide we might as well just go cant be that bad. NOPE, find out the driver was super late for others as well and other folks were no shows. Then slowly and lazily makes the way to the dock after we are already short on time to start this. The boat was a decent size catamaran but there were far too many people on board. They had clearly rescheduled all the people from Friday to this boat. Like the other catamaran trip we had done they make you wait until after snorkeling to drink which isn't a big deal, we've been allowed in other countries to do this. We get to the snorkel spot which is actually quite close to where you board the ship. The guide then just throws out food occasionally while you swim around, doesn't really say or try to point out anything as other trips have done. But otherwise it is a decent snorkel. Then we move again not far to a shallow area of water and can drink and walk and chat. This is where the rum runs out, which I know most people were drinking the terrible presidente beer anyway but it was at most 4, maybe 5 bottles of rum they had on this boat for nearly 50 people crammed in. Honestly that's pathetic for an all inclusive trip. So after what felt like 10mins they tell us to get back on and we sail the short distance back to where we boarded. The cameraman we then had to wait for off the boat who clearly wasn't going to try and contact us about the probably 5 photos he took on the boat. He DID know though that ours were free. However, he then straight up says "where's my tip?" We said we had already given it on the boat when they walked around with the box. He says he doesn't get any of that.... BS. But also tough s*** since you were gonna walk away and not give us anything anyway. As of typing this I am not sure if we have our photos just yet, but he was very hesitant to pull out his tablet for us to put in our information. Finally its back on the van with the same driver and home, but now with more people crammed in for some reason. I cant stress enough that there are other catamaran companies that are FAR better. We did a different one prior to this and had a much better time. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. The cheap price is clearly reflective of how its gonna be. I will be contacting Costco to tell them to remove this company from their travel section.

The whole tour is very disappointing. An expensive bad joke.We waited 45 minutes for the driver to pick us up from the hotel. The helmets are dirty, one sized. Anyway, no need to use them because you go in a line with other 35 vehicles (buggies) very slow with several stops because in every 200m min. 1 vehicle has a technical problem. You can’t see anything because of the dust cloud (they don’t let you to keep distance). At Macao beach they lead you to a bar and say “you have 10 minutes, have a drink, wine, beer or water”. After you take your drinks and sit down, they come to you and ask to pay the drinks ( the ticket seller told us everything is included in the price). For 1 bear and a glass of wine they charge you with 15$! So after you pay, you will have exactly 6 minutes to admire the Macao beach! After that, you go ( in line as goodes) to the “chocolate and coffee fabric “ with is nothing else than a bar, you get a shot of coffee or cacao with milk. And then the last stop. The cave. They let all the 80 people from the 35 buggies into that tiny space, beside of other tourist. You can’t see anything, you can not get into the water because is full of people. This is absolutely unacceptable especially in corona times. At each stop people want to sell something to you. At the end, when you would like to go back as soon as possible to the resort and enjoy your stay, you have to wait cuz they try to sell you suvernirs, go pro video, photos. It’s not an adventure, is not authentic, it is not “all included”. You better take a taxi ( it is very close to Punta Cana) or a bicycle. The buggies are anyway in very bad conditions. The whole tour is about fooling the tourists.

We used Renny Travel for our airport transportation. They were easy to communicate with via WhatsApp while we were at the resort. We were picked up for our private transport to another airport as requested. The vehicle was extremely clean, had wifi and our driver Edward was amazing and accommodating during our 2.5 hour drive to another airport. He was welcoming and made that part of our trip simply amazing.

My aunt and I decided to go on the Catamaran for half the day took about an hour to pick up everybody from the different hotels. The man driving the bus there had no mask on and had 2 young girls in the front with him who also had no masks. Anyways, we get there the whole ride was nice the guys on the boat were great! Unfortunately, when we got off I decided to go to the washroom my aunt asked the driver if she could buy some local art that they were selling the driver said “yea I will wait for you” when the two young ladies started talking to the driver he completely forgot about my aunt and left her there while she finished shopping. Which took 2 min. My aunt was lost and forgotten there. She was charged $30 to take her back to the hotel and she was traumatized. The driver should have payed more attention to the 30 people that he was responsible for and not the 2 girls he was flirting with inside the bus.
