We hopped over to Batam from Singapore which is so easy and fairly cheap to do using BatamFast. We then enjoyed lunch and half a day spa at Tempat Senang which was brilliant. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming. We were picked up by them from the terminal, a short ride to the hotel/spa. We chose our lunch and treatments. They do a mixture of western and Indonesian cuisines, we opted for local options and they were all delicious, portions are great sizes. We then had about half an hour before being whisked off for our treatments, I was delighted that each treatment was an hour long - I had a Balinese massage - AMAZING, a facial - AMAZING and hot compress - AMAZING. The staff were very professional and I felt very relaxed. My parents joined me and also loved it, the spa accommodated a separate room for me which was perfect. We didn't have time to use the pool as needed to catch the ferry back but honestly I thought it was some of the best treatments I have ever had. I would go back in a heart beat. Thank you to the team at Tempat Senang - great value for money and brilliant time!

Booked 3hr massage for hubby and I via WhatsApp. Quick response time and great service from Asih in answering our questions with regards to the spa packages. She also helped to change our departure from Sekupang to Bastam Centre which is nearer to WellAsih so that we saved on travelling time. Massage was very well done, soothed away the aches and pains with the right amount of pressure. A truly relaxing experience. We highly recommend WellAsih and would definitely will return for future spa treatments!

The service is excellent! It’s unbeatable - they provide free transport from batam ferry centre to the spa and you can do your shopping after the spa, just let them know the time you wish to head back to the ferry terminal after you’re done, they’ll fetch you back to the batam ferry centre! They also have free food, snacks and drinks provided at the spa. The staff and bosses are super friendly. The masseuses are skillful too. This is the best spa I’ve ever come across ever!

My husband and I visited the spa for two treatments on two days. All the staff were friendly, welcoming, attentive and professional. Yenni helped organise everything beforehand, which was really appreciated. Also, I accidentally missed the time of my spa appointment and despite the fact that the spa was very busy that weekend, Yenni accommodated us and helped us to re-schedule! The massage treatments were great (Village, Reflexology and Back & Head massage) - the staff were really attentive, asking lots of questions and working on tense areas in a professional, considerate manner. We will be back. Thank you!
