Ciao! We are a family owned and operated business in beautiful Angaston, South Australia. We offer weekly hands on cooking classes using the best of the Barossa's fresh produce combined with Matteo's Italian culinary heritage. Matteo migrated to Australia from northern Italy in late 2011 and opened Casa Carboni a year later. We offer simple, healthy, delicious food for lunch Wednesday to Sunday. Wednesday to Saturday is a limited menu with a focus on fresh pasta, Sunday lunch is a longer 'a la carte' menu prepared with local produce from the Saturday Barossa Farmers Market. We offer our 'Sabato Sera' (Saturday night) dinners with a set tasting menu the 3rd Saturday of the month. Bookings essential. A presto!

This was a fantastic day for our group of 10. Brett is beyond passionate and our group definitely learnt a lot about the history of gin and how to truly enjoy a glass!! Lunch at our own table was also beyond words. So fresh, so delicious and so much!This whole experience was amazing and most definitely recommend.
