Golden palaces, floating markets, majestic porcelain-laid spires…you've never seen a capital city quite like Bangkok. Visit Pratunam or Siam Square for premium shopping, then unwind in the European-style gardens of Dusit. Your host Mor is a Bangkok native who discovered her passion for cooking while watching her mother cook simple yet flavorful Thai dishes. She has traveled the world and draws inspiration for her dishes from the various cuisines she explores. She has an artistic eye for creative plating and developed her presentation techniques while apprenticing with a popular Thai chef in Bangkok. Join Mor in her kitchen and watch as she masterfully creates three of the gourmet Thai dishes you will be enjoying during your meal. Mor offers a cooking demo that lasts about an hour before you sit down to share the meal. She will describe the ingredients and techniques involved in creating a beautiful dish and you will have the unique opportunity to watch and learn as local ingredients are transformed into a contemporary Thai meal! Please note that Mor offers a cooking demonstration, not a hands-on cooking class.

I signed up for the market tour, cooking class, and meal with Pern and had a truly excellent experience. I had been sampling food around Bangkok in the weeks leading up to the cooking class so I could ask her for tips on how to cook these, and she was able to answer all of my questions! She is a great teacher and would explain to me everything we were doing. Also, and importantly for me when it came to asking questions and learning, she speaks english very well which helped me learning tremendously. I would highly recommend her to anyone truly interested in learning about thai cooking in a home setting.

I participated in a free walking tour with Mr. Ot on my own. He is very nice and patient. He has shown me many important sights, told a lot about Thai culture, tradition, but also about local food. I was even allowed to try a lot myself. I definitely recommend this tour with Mr. Ot. Thank you for this opportunity.

We met Maitree at the BTS station and he brought us the floating market. We walked around the market first while waiting for our long tail boat. We then went through the klongs to another floating market and a temple. Then to an orchid farm. We saw many monitor lizards on the banks which was neat. Back to the market to get ingredients to make pad Thai and try a few things like Thai coffee. Maitree then brought us to his house where he taught us how to make our own pad Thai. YUmmm best pad Thai we had in Thailand! He brought us back to where we wanted to be dropped off in Bangkok.

Aem, our tour guide, was super friendly and a pleasure to hang out with. She provided an overview of the history of Koh Madsum from when the pigs first arrived to its current popularity as a tourist destination. She even knew all the pigs by name and knew how to best pet the pigs. Hint, they love their belly rubs! From her words and actions it was obvious she cared for the pigs and wanted her guests to understand how to care for and enjoy them too. We next visited a secluded beach on Koh Madsum where you can relax in the crystal clear waters away from other tourists. The last stop was for snorkeling. It was disappointing to see other tour guides letting their guests stand on the coral reefs. Aem reminded us this is not a good practice and made sure we knew not to do that. I was proud that she scolded the other tour guide a bit for letting their guest do this. This tour operator really tries to minimize the negative environmental impacts caused by tourism and positively support the local community. Highly recommend you use them.

We booked the crawl last week (friday 10/1/2020) for five of us It was a disaster It was a walking street pub crawl, but they changed to another street in the last minute. They sent the location map without hte name of the pub and we had to look around for morethan 1 hour to find the place ( after repeated email messages) the phone number they gave was not answering. In the end they send us to a bar which had less than 10 seats .They gave us each one shot of Sambuca- only if we buy one drink each. From there they sent to another bar in the same street and same experience. I had been to the pubcrawls in Bali, London, and Berlin.. it was great. But his Pattaya crawl was a great dissappointment and I will not reccomend it to any one

กินข้าวแล้วหรือยัง - It’s the Thai way to greet a friend, but its literal translation is ‘Have you eaten rice yet?’ There is no better way to highlight the importance of eating in Thailand. Our tour was carefully curated by a Bangkok chef and will take you on a journey through the backstreets of Old Bangkok mopping up a 16+ taster menu in street spots and eateries that have been serving locals for decades. It's not just about the food though. It's about the people behind the plates who have dedicated their lives to cooking on the street.
Inclusions: 16+ truly magical food tastings carefully curated by a Bangkok chef, The highest rated Bangkok food tour on TripAdvisor , A four-hour journey through the backstreets and alleys of Old Bangkok, Local drinks and bottled water provided along the way, A professional foodie guide often accompanied by an assistant

I spent ages looking for a good food tour for my boyfriend's birthday (he's a real foodie, so this wasn't an easy task) and I ended up going with this tour after seeing the itinerary and positive reviews. We had our tour yesterday and I'm so glad that we picked this one! Our tour started with a short boat ride down to the market and ended with us sampling some local fruits and desserts. Our guide, Nutth, was very knowledgeable and had an obvious passion for Thai food and it's prominent role in Thai culture, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We sampled a variety of authentic dishes from places we would never have discovered on our own. They were also able to accommodate my dietary requirements easily, which was a relief. This was such a great tour and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for an insight into authentic Thai cuisine (and, as other reviews have mentioned, make sure you arrive hungry!).

Designed by a chef, this tour is only available to 8 exclusive guests each day. Kick off with an exciting klong boat ride from Siam pier down into a secret old district rarely visited by foreigners and get set for Bangkok's finest foodie tour. There's some of Bangkok's tastiest food lined up in one of the city's oldest markets and your guide will lead you to the best. Slurp on old-style odon noodles covered in rich beef stew, get your taste buds buzzing with zingy catfish salad, get stuck into freshwater fish steamed curry and a dozen more lip-smackingly good things. It's not all eating though. Between courses, your guide will take you on tours of the area to discover why this is still the only place where women are trained in the art of traditional dance, see the remnants of Bangkok's oldest cinema and see where and how the desserts you'll try are made. Forget pad Thai on Khao San Road, and dive into the real food of Thailand.
Inclusions: Taste 15+ mouth-watering Thai food and drinks, A licensed foodie tour guide will accompany you, Open to just 8 exclusive guests each day, An exciting klong boat ride through the canals, Walking tour of the old 19th-century market and old Bangkok, Chef-designed food tour

A really fantastic experience!! Got to walk through China-Town Bangkok and taste a lot of different kinds of food (16+ actually), and also meet the people and families who have so much history and tradition. Our guides Nuth & Fon were great!! Great planning, and preparation to make sure we had an awesome experience. The tour is about 4 hours long, but the pace is well managed so you don't find it too tiring. Lots of breaks, and stops on the way. Pro tip : wear light comfortable clothing, and be prepared to eat, a lot! Carry a small backpack as well, so you can packaway any food you want.

May, our local guide is fantastic. She was very kind to pick us up at our hotel. We quickly hit it off and chatted about Bangkok during our tour. May took us to places that are off the beaten path to see the real Bangkok. We had a marvelous local Thai lunch by the river. May wanted to show us food that her grandma made for her. Totally authentic Thai food. Besides the Thai puppet show, she took us to see a 200 years old temple that is being restored. No tourists, just two of us. We felt very privileged to see her hometown. May took great care of us and even dropped us off at the next meeting point for our second tour. We appreciate her thoughtfulness and friendliness. Amazing recommended places from her. We felt her genuine friendship. Gave us a really warm feeling. Thanks so much, May. Sincerely appreciated.

We visited Bangkok in February and we booked an 8 hour private tour with Apple. Everything was very professional from booking the tour, correspondence with the office and execution of the tour. First, you have to except the philosophy of the company - you have to have your wish list prepared in advance. We started the day a little bit different like the others. Our 3 year old son got a mild allergy in the morning and we asked our guide Apple if we can visit the hospital first. She immediately organized everything. We went with Apple to private hospital which was, by the way, the best modern hospital which I ever saw. Luckily everything was ok with our son, so we continued with the tour. We visited Grand Palace which is really the best attraction in Bangkok. Apple guided us through the complex with interesting explanation for us. We went for lunch to nearby Navy club with good Thai dishes and affordable prices. We continued with traditional long tail boat ride. In the end Apple also answered all our questions about modern Thailand. Also the controversial ones. Me and my wife are working as tour guides in our country, so we can confirm excellent work of our guide Apple. Thank you Apple! You fulfilled our expectations.
