NuArt Sculpture Park primarily exhibits the works of the sculptor Nyoman Nuarta that spans from the beginning of his career to the latest masterpieces. The 3 hectares park was specifically designed to nurture the development of Indonesian art, design and culture.
For the first time we visit the NUART, Bandung, on 28 December, 2010. We see an amazing sculptures around the park, even, in the ticketing office. You can imagine how big is the real Garuda Wisnu Kencana (GWK) which is built in Bali in scale 1 : 20. Meanwhile, with entrance fee only Rp. 50.000,- you can enjoy all of the brass and copper sculptures made by I Nyoman Nuarta himself, the best and well-knowm maestro of Indonesia and the world. There are also theater dan culture platform in the second floor. The whole area is 30.000 m2. You can enjoy as you like .... everywhere snd every corner !

While Kawah Putih has become really expensive, Rengganis Crater offers a more hands on experience to soak in the spring waters, do a face/body mud mask, take photos with a scenic water cascade & experience the sulphurous steam emerging from the ground. Our driver told us there is a Rp 25k per pax charge but it turned out to be free. To get there required a 20min up slope scenic trek (you can pay for a motorcycle to bring you up/down) followed but a 50m descent down the steep stairs. The place is fairly well maintained & clean (Indonesian standard)

This is a 590 hectare conservation area, mainly a scenic walk trail consisting of pine forest, river and water fall. More over, there also the historical dutch cave made during the dutch colonialism era in Indonesia, and the Japanese cave which was made during the world war II.
In general I’m amazed on what I’ve seen in this forest. Tall Trees, a very fresh air, Omas Waterfall, Rivers, Dutch and Japanese Caves, etc. I just love all of it
