Hady is pretty experienced in bringing tourists to explore another side of Jakarta. Puncak was beautiful and the tour helped us to escape from the city life in central Jakarta to experience the tranquility of Puncak highland. Hady shared with us that he has also been bringing groups to other parts of Indonesia like Bandung. We hope to engage him when we visit Indonesia again in the near future.

We were looking for a 4D3N getaway from Jakarta over the holiday and Rangga immediately went to work arranging everything for us on little more than a week's notice. He went out of his way to make sure we got to see everything on our list and made helpful suggestions for things we might want to do or see along the way while still remaining in our budget. The tour is certainly very good value for the price. Our guide Umien has good knowledge of every place we visited. He talks just enough - not too much and not too little. He is very attentive and friendly in a genuine way. This day tour is actually my best experience in South East Asia - not in terms of scenery or activity but in terms of having a pleasant guide. Umien also takes really good photos! For sure having Umien as our guide enhanced the overall experience. The lady who was the driver today was also a nice person. I enjoyed talking to her while we walked up the hill to the hot spring. In terms of the activities, for me the highlight is the hot spring at the end. The facility is extremely basic but the hot spring water was very nice. I actually liked it BECAUSE of its minimally developed state. It was also relatively quiet, which was great. Tea plantation also exceeded my expectation. Overall it's a nice day out in the nature with two great local people. I would certainly recommend the trip to everyone I know if they visit Bandung.
