I have been going for the past four years and have never been disappointed. My daughter and I went over the weekend and our private ride was outstanding as always. Thank you Nancy and Ron for always making sure everything runs smoothly and to our exceptional guide Savannah. Will be back again soon. Rona Hart

Meeting Eileen and going on trail rides with her was definitely the high point of a recent weekend getaway I planned for my girlfriend’s birthday. We rode Saturday and loved it so much we went back for more on Sunday! Eileen is the best - she loves her horses so much and is a joy to spend time with. The rides were so much more than I had expected. She talked with us throughout the ride, watched over us and the horses, chose the perfect horses for our riding experience and abilities, educated us about the plants and the horses and even took pictures and videos of us that we got to keep to remember the experience. If you are going to Bandera, you need to visit her out on the ranch and enjoy a ride! Janine

There is nothing average about our Day Rides and Overnights, spectacular view at a hidden gem in Medina, exiting town rides in Bandera, climbs and vast meadows at Hill Country State Natural Area. Whatever you choose, our rides are an adventure beyond the regular nose-to-tail ride! And best of all, it is always in private groups and at the time you want to ride! Care for the horses are highest possible quality, saddles are high quality, and meet the horses and mules, they where ones unwanted and now re-trained to happily serve you. We bring the horses to all locations, so per booking only! To make a reservation, call, email, text or book directly online
Tom was a great guide- very friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate. I'm glad we got to meet him as part of the ride. My wife had never ridden a horse before and I had only rode twice before. Tom and BHR were very accommodating to to us and made us feel safe and confident. We took the "River Ride" and the views were beautiful!

Tawny and her husband, owners of Outlaw Outfitters in Bandera Texas (in our opinion) are the ONLY folks to book a riding trip in the Bandera area. They are extremely knowledgable about the terrain and are much more concerned about your safety than most. They have a lifetime of experience, own wonderful horses, and go out of their way to insure a great experience. Tawny will quickly teach you the need to know info enabling you to easily direct the particular horse you are on insuring the ride goes smooth and safely. They are kind, honest, and easy going. We loved our time with them and consider them our new friends from Texas.
