During the 9-Hours Brewing Heartland Hiking Experience in Germany, you'll experience a part of Bavaria rarely seen by tourists as you hike the 10 miles through the heart of this brewing paradise. The brewpubs are from another time, simple but of great value. Regional specialties like Geräuchertes (smoked ham) go perfectly with the the very much local brews, often served via gravity dispense by the brewer himself. These are beers you're not going to find back home and they'll have you pining for them once back there. -Please not the Sunday departure follows a different route in a slightly different area and hence takes in different breweries and is about half the distance. This option is also possible on Saturday.
