We booked a Localgrapher for a couples shoot in Arizona. The results were okay at best, and we regretted not seeking out an established local in the area. For the price, we received 60 very average choices and the ability to select 35 shots. We couldn’t even find 35 framed correctly. The localgrapher website is also a joke which requires a youtube video to figure out. The UI is terrible and the photos will disappear rapidly so do not wait to download (set aside a couple hours - that’s how bad it is). But really, just avoid. Hire someone directly.

Used this company to transfer from Barcelona airport to blanes when arrived had to phone company to find out where yollto go told go customer service area see person in yellow T-shirt finally found they said follow my daughter had to go in lift with pushchair he wasn’t going to wait as was rushing finally told to wait in area for 20 mins for bus to turn up daughter was going to change nappy when he came back said follow tried to stop him but he rushed off waited a bit for daughter and saw where he was when went out was so disorganised finally got on bus dropped people at hotels but dropped us at bus station and we had 15 min walk with cases etc lucky cousin lived nearby and she came and helped as she had key for apartment on the Wednesday she phoned them to see if they could oick us up near apartment she was told this should be ok and phone again Thursday on Thursday they said no and that we had to be at bus station for 5.25 am as going to be disruption at airport my cousin took the cases myself and one if kids and others walked when bus came he was nit coming in bus station and so rude had to drag cases over and out in boot ourselves and then he set off and had to go in bus station where we had been also passed by the apartments we had stayed in SO RUDE could hacmvr picked cases up in bus station even kicked us up near apartments he was such a miserable rude person I WONT BE USING AGAIN such bad experience with apartment and transport won’t be going back to Spain in a hurry M Fay
