Would you like to learn how to Stand Up Paddle (SUP) in Canberra? Come and experience life on top of the water at Canberra's only internationally accredited SUP School, Stand Up Paddle Canberra (Formerly The SUP'ing Caveman). Don't have any equipment? Don't worry, we provide it all for you as part of the session. Your session will last 60 minutes however we do ask that you arrive at least 20 minutes prior so that we can check you in. Private functions available on request. Stand Up Paddle Canberra is a family owned and operated small business. Matthew, along with his wife Lauren, established Stand Up Paddle Canberra in 2013 originally as The SUP’ing Caveman.

We operate 3 one hour scheduled cruises Mondays to Saturdays. On Sundays we have a two hour morning tea cruise and 2 one hour cruises in the afternoon. The cruises operate September to May each year. Check our website for times and schedule changes. Our last schedule cruise before the winter layoff is a one hour cruise on Sunday 26 May 2019.
