had small group vacation planned for last October. cancelled due to Covid. Was offered voucher or refund. told them we needed refund due to not knowing if we would be travelling within a year. was told they would refund our money. Still waiting on a refund of 2084 and 1500 Euros.. that was over 7 months ago when it was cancelled. numerous emails. most of the time no response. Was promised refund when the person handling our group returned to work. nothing yet... Was really looking forward to a great vacation.

First of all , thanks for successfully shipping your wines over for the Virtual tasting , we received the bottles within 10 days of shipment no problem at all - all arrived safe and sound. The virtual wine tasting was a joy and it was so nice to see and speak to you once again . It was fantastic just to sit back and enjoy the wines whilst we heard all about the making of them . We then proceeded to have a Geography , History and Philosophy discussion with your good self as you spoke about all your travels to America , your family heritage and your stories about organic farming and products - do you remember the discussion around “ Corn” manufacture in America. I say all of this because a Wine tasting tour with the Tili family is so much more than just a wine tour - you discuss so many things , your English is fantastico and your enthusiasm for your wine products and your family life in general is a wonder and a joy. We had a really good tour around The Vatican including all the museums. Our guide Rita gave us a very interesting and informative tour. Took the walking tour today with Safe as our guide. Wonderful experience. Safe spoke flawless English and his passion for Florence, art and history was addicting. We hope to do something similar in the future.

Just back since Sunday after 7 nights on ship - boarded in Barcelona 3rd Nov - cannot praise ship - staff - food and - organisation skills - fantastic. It was my 60 th birthday pressie and have to say it was SPECIAL. Hopefully will see you all again next year
