Prehistoric stone markers and monuments dot the landscape of the Isle of Anglesey, serving as stately beacons to visitors. The beaches of Rhosneigr are great for surfing, fishing and diving. The dunes and pebbly shores of Broad Beach span from the village all the way to the Barclodiad y Gawres neolithinc burial chamber. Hauntingly beautiful Beaumaris Gaol will give you chills. Warm up with a pony petting session at Foel Farm Park.

An Aladdins cave of unusual Fairtrade gifts & clothing.
Went there on recommendation and what else can I say but - WOW! Such a lovely little shop crammed full of wonderful items from fabulous clothing (I bought a harem jumpsuit), to lovely jewellery (I'll be going back to purchase some) and great funky stuff for the home. Really reasonable prices and well worth a visit. An Oasis of beautiful things.

Jaspels make a range of Craft Ciders using apples collected from all over the Isle of Anglesey that would have otherwise gone to waste. The cider is produced using a traditional handmade wooden press method. The freshly pressed juice is fermented for various periods of time and carefully blended to create a variety of traditional ciders. All of the production is done at their Amlwch premises including apple storing, apple washing, scratting, pressing, fermenting, blending, bottling and labeling. The premises also has a shop and tasting bar.
