Bodegas Dona Felisa is a company dedicated to the production and aging of exclusive wines of the highest quality. Our quality is based on a well cared and limited production in the vineyards, giving the wine its "Terroir" taste. The winery Taller Bodegas Dona Felisa is located at a place where you can enjoy what nowadays known as "enological tourism", because it is near the old Roman city of Acinipo. Acinipo, land of wine. Through a controlled process which begins with taking care of the vineyard and ends with the produced wine, we offer our clients a high quality product with a conceptual background and an exclusive design. "Chinchilla", where our winery is located, was famous in Ancient Rome because of its vineyards and wines which were sent to Rome from Malaga's coast. At present our wine is distributed worldwide and it is, very likely, the most international Andalusian red wine.
We had an excellent tour of the winery followed by delicious tapas and wine tasting. The setting is absolutely gorgeous, particularly on a sunny day. If you get the chance to get hold of some petit verdot wine, do so. It is first class.

I really recommend this tour. Done in English the guide was knowledgeable, informative and helped make the tour a success. The story of “Jerez” is so interesting, and complex. So much history in this small family owned bodega

Wine tours are temporarily not available due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Really enjoyed the your around the vinyards and then the winery...Roberto was a fountain of knowledge and made my 10yr olds day when he gave him a small bunch of grapes to eat...then when it came to the wine tasting, he took his time to explain the colour of the wines and the tastes asking us all what we thought of each one..Ready good tour ending in us purchasing 12 bottles between the 5 of us.... thanks you deserve 5 stars..hope the wedding went well....

We booked a visit on their website because the we were intrigued by the building and the combination of some good wine and food. The experience ended up being so much better then we expected that we must recommend it as it is well worth going out of your way for it. The combination of the excellent explanations by Rose, the stunning views, the excellent and surprising wines and the great food from Andre makes this an awesome experience and an afternoon well spent!

The bodega is situated on a hill at an altitude of 350m and 15 km from the Mediterranean Sea. In 2008 we started on 1 hectare a small vineyard with 3 types of grapes, Chardonnay, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. We don't use chemical pesticides or artificial fertilizers and don't add yeast or sulphite. We do not filter the wine crystal clear in order to maintain their optimal flavour and colour. From 2018 we only grow Chardonnay. We are not a commercial vineyard, but show and explain how white and red wine is made. At the wine tasting, we taste the chardonnay and 2 red wines that we have produced in recent years. Visits by appointment for a tour and a tasting.
My wife and I have visited many wineries with tours and tasting all over the place, but the visit at the small family owned Remsamen Bodega surpassed our earlier experiences. The hosts, Marjelijn and Rene', gave us a both personal and knowledgeable presentation and tour about the history of the winery, their own experiences and, of course, the secrets of wine making. So much the better that their wines were both good and affordable and were savoured together with some cheese, salami and quiche. We can warmly recommend a visit at Remsamen Bodega????

You need to book before come to our winery. This is a very interesting old bodega, still in family hands, and yet few seem to have heard of it. In 1970 Doctor D. Faustino Gonzalez Aparicio bought some soleras dating to 1789 which had been in the Alcazar and moved them to the bodega of his wife. The bodega is in one of the most interesting old parts of the city, the Cruz Vieja in the Barrio San Miguel. The wines are fermented in barrel
There were only 2 of us and we had a wonderfully relaxing and informative visit to this family run bodega. Our host Jaime was so generous with his time and we had a lovely chat with him over tapas and glasses of sherry. We feel so much richer for the experience and would really recommend it over more touristic bodegas.

The history of the Diez Merito Wine Cellar began two hundred years ago .This house preserves one of the most emblematic Bodegas in Jerez: Bertemati Bodega. This majestic building, dating from 1730 is located in the centre of the city.During the visit to the wine cellar, you can enjoy entering its patios, gardens and areas and tasting five of its faboulous wines.
We booked this tour online having seen some fantastic reviews and were also advised not to go on the tours of the big Bodegas (that's up to you but a little research will tell you why !!) .. Being out of season in February was great as we were the only people on the tour which was brilliantly taken by Valentina who was really really great, friendly and very informative .. can't recommend her highly enough !! And at the end we had 6 different sherries to try along with some fab tapas !! What was supposed to be an hour's tour turned into an hour and half as we were not pressured at all to finish our tasting as we chatted to Valentina about the history of the Bodega, Jerez .. the City and life in general in the area .. thoroughly recommended !!! Ooh and bought a bottle of Fino for us and went back the next day to the shop they have to buy another bottle for friends .. who are connoisseurs and they loved the Fino !! Enough said !!

Visit our vineyards, we will give an explanation of how we make wine. Then do a tasting and depending on what you want can take tapas or eat with us on our patio. You can also sleep in the cellar. Contact us and we will adapt to what you want to do. It is best to have a good time and feel at home, and have fun! :) We are happy to assist the family Garcia Hidalgo..
What a fantastic place to visit. We booked the wine tour and meal and I have to say it was an excellent afternoon. Started with a tour of their vineyards and bodega and Miguel answered our many questions Then we were seated in a beautiful courtyard where Isabel served us our meals. The food was fantastic. Meats, cheese, breads, omelette, paella and dessert. And of course accompanied by some of the nicest wine I have ever tasted. So nice we bought 4 bottles to take home. Isabel and Miguel made us very welcome and fussed over the children Well worth the visit and we will definitely return
