A friend told us to do this massage because she loved it. Waohhh Awesome!! We were even more lucky because it was a rainy day and the steam bath and salt scrub procedere before the massage was the cherry on the cake. It’s an experience, not an ordinary massage. I do many but this 4 hand treatment is a gift to yourself! MUST DO

Wow! This was hands down my favorite part of our entire trip to Kauai, and we did a lot of amazing things!! I absolutely loved how authentic and unique this experience was. We were welcomed onto a private organic farm where we got to learn all about the tropical plants and foods around us. We got to harvest fruit off the tree and veggies right out of the ground, taking them straight to the kitchen. What a special experience! The farm is absolutely stunning. Our teacher knew so much about vegan cuisine and raw vegan lifestlye, the plants. She is also an ayurvedic health coach, which she weaves into the class, especially if you ask. We made SUCH a delicious meal - homemade pesto zoodles, coconut bacon bits, and a decadent raw vegan lime cheesecake for dessert. What more could we ask for?! DEFINITELY do not miss out on this Kauai experience! Bring the whole family! You will not regret it.

This is a very local beach that was not at all crowded when we visited. There are two parking areas and it is important to note that they are not paved. We went during the rainy season and there were quite a few mud puddles (most were 4 inches or less depth). It was no problem for us in our Jeep, but I can imagine smaller cars could struggle after heavy rain. We had the beach mostly to ourselves, minus a few locals napping down the beach. The water was clear and there were cute little crabs running all over the beach into their holes. The views were gorgeous and the palm-tree lined beach was peaceful. Note that the beach itself isn't very wide, so there isn't much room to lay out towels on the sand itself, but there is grass to use. There are restrooms and a lifeguard station. I don't know how often the lifeguard is on duty.

This part of Kauai is quiet, beautiful, and less pretentious than the north shore or the south shore. We loved it here!
