In our cook's atelier you learn how to cook european style. We offer a program to learn cooking and we take you into the city to let you discover culinary places in Amsterdam. You can choose from a one day program to a full five days program, combined with a tour in the boat to join a wine tasting event. From our unique location in a former harbour, we go out to buy ingredients on the markets and small specialized stores for cheese, meat, herbs, wines and vegetables. Hi, I'm David and I live behind Dam Square in the center of Amsterdam in a typical cozy Amsterdam apartment. Both my (Indonesian) mother and my (Dutch) father as well as their parents were born and raised in Indonesia. Growing up in my mother's kitchen I developed a passion for Asian cuisine, in particular Indonesian, Thai and Vietnamese.
