This East Bali beach town is known for excellent SCUBA diving and snorkeling. New hotels are springing up on this coast, especially in Candidasa, a scenic 40-minute drive to its south. Amed is also a great place to admire Bali’s colorful outrigger boats.

Apneista was hosting an 8-day freediving camp with some of the greatest professionals in the world. The crew smoothly pulled off an event with 20 instructors and 70 participants. Together with the joint business Blue Earth at the hill they have the most amazing venue to learn, train, dive, and then have some excellent time off with delicious meals and great company. And although you could virtually live there, the Apneista team cares about the local community, constantly encouraging to spread some love and visit other places.

I have been living in Amed for 2 years and have tried almost all the massage places in the village. Swasti Dewi is the best one. The service is impeccable: the booking via WhatsApp or phone is easy, the welcome drink and towels make the plus, all the staff is always very nice. The range of massages is various and for all tastes, if you want soft or hard, from toes to neck. They have Great like Yuni or Juli but my best mention goes to DWI who clearly makes a difference. All the girls follow a protocol and sometimes apply a gesture without really understanding it maybe which doesn't mean its a bad massage, but DWI knows and feels what she is doing and that is a big big plus. I love strong massage and she felt my tensions and knots and she was able to really relax my muscles. A pure delight! I highly recommend the experience!

Feel relax your mind in the best spa in east bali and we are welcoming you to try our best service with best smile.
I visited sweet spa twice in one day. First up for a 45 minute foot massage with my daughter and second on my own for a facial. The foot massage was really good, accompanied by ginger tea and cookies we both loved it! At approx NZD 12 it was great value and I’ll go again. The facial was also really relaxing and included a hand massage. My skin looks clear and moisturised. Again it was a great price, approx NZD 15, and there was more tea and cookies.
