We will visit mural by mural in such a way we will learn about art, history and meaning of each one according to the artist. We will know the most important murals in the university and mexico, created by recognized Mexican artists, among them (Diego Rivera,David Alfaro Siqueiros and Juan O'Gorman),we will visit the museum (MUCA) The same time I will take as many photos as I can of my guests.

Selected artists gather at this city square to display and sell their works.
The plaza itself is a nice resting place for people watching but it's the surrounding shops, restaurants and accommodations that get 5-stars! Saks restaurant food & service are 5☆, and the tequileria is an homage to this favoured drink. The galleries and fine shopping in the white marble hotel across from Saks, highlights Mexican artists and designers. Shops line the street at the top of the plaza supporting rural Mexican artisans still handmaking clothing, other textiles & products to beautify your home.

This neighborhood is known for its narrow cobblestone streets and is an oasis in otherwise bustling Mexico City.
Check it out on a Saturday. I stumbled upon this walk when downloading self guided walks on GPSmycity app

This indoor and outdoor handicraft market in the historic San Angel neighborhood is artsy and colorful. Recharge at the charming restaurant in the courtyard of the indoor market.
We went to the Frida Kahlo Musem on the same day as El Bazar Sabado. The drive between the museum and the bazar was beautiful. We got to the bazar around 10.30 am and it was packed with vendors and tourists. There was so much beautiful artwork everywhere. The shops were diverse and wares were of high quality. We ended up staying for hours, with everyone in the house fully enjoying our wandering. The prices were great and we loved this colorful, artistic spot.
