Second year running we have skied at this great resort. Good value & good range of blue, green & red runs. No queues - very few people around despite being in peak weeks. Picturesque setting. Children - beginners & intermediate level skiers have had a ball! Lessons in French but our children managed to understand & improve! Flew into Grenoble last year & Chambery this year (only 50 mins in car). Taxi’s VERY expensive & public transport possible but needs careful planning. (Eg no bus down to Allevard for onward buses until 2pm). Tourist Information helpful.

Le casino Circus d'Allevard est un casino familial construit en 1994 dans une ancienne maison bourgeoise. Il y a 68 machines à sous et 15 postes de roulette électronique. Black Jack et Ultimate poker sont ouverts tous les soirs à partir de 20h30. Le casino se compose également d'un bar, d'un hôtel et d'un restaurant.
