Lots of character, little rocky bays, grassy areas with pine trees and sculptures, seems popular with local families, walks along the shoreline leading to the cliffs beyond. Great for snorkelling. We walked there from Alcudia Port. I slipped on an algae-covered slab and cut my hand and arm quite badly on razor sharp rocks nearby trying to steady myself as I fell - so care and caution is advised! Some confusion over the name - locally signposted Alcanada.

Parked at the end car park (not the first one) and took 20-30 minutes to walk down and around 30 minutes to walk back. Most of the path was OK - rocky and uneven - but the last part was a scramble over the rocks. Couple of tricky parts (especially if you don't like heights!) but really worth it. Take water and wear good shoes and the sea and views are stunning.
