PatagoniaXpress helped us arrange two amazing trips: a one-day boat trip to see glaciers and a Jeinimeni-Patagonia through-hike. Our guide was flexible, helpful, and reliable. For one trip, he was able to provide recommendations to suit our interests. For the other trip, we knew where we wanted to go and he got us there. The price was very reasonable. The guides are multilingual. I would highly recommend PatagoniaXpress to anyone planning a trip to Chile.

After some unfortunate course of events at a different venue we were directed to MotoTravel touring and there we were helped fantastically. They went out of their way to provide us with a bike and went above and beyond to make our trip more comfortable and memorable. That was not the end of our misfortune, as after some driving a screw punctured the back tire. MotoTravel Touring mobilized immediately to come offer us support and helped us excellently once again, and fast too. We've had nothing but good experiences at every stage, and I would highly recommend their services to anyone!

We had a very disappointing tour with the tour company Top Private Tours, in Puerto Chacabuco. Our concerns with this tour included: a lack of appropriate training for guides, a lack of quality control by the company, and not honouring what was advertised. I am uncertain if this company sub contracts their tours, but when Viator reached out to the company on our behalf, they were communicating with ‘Indoor Uruguay’. The guide we received was not trained and had never done a tour before. Although very nice, she did not provide information regarding the sites other than the names of whatever we stopped at. The tour guide depended on her phone to determine the answers to some of our questions. The tour guide and driver talked to each other, in Spanish, instead of to their 6 passengers. Our advertised 3.5 hour tour, was 2.5 hours and we paid over $800.00 for the 6 of us. A snack was also advertised and not received, although we were later compensated for this. Of significant concern was the fact that the company did not accept responsibility for a less than satisfactory tour. Although the countryside is beautiful, I am unable to recommend this tour with this company.

We will cross the longest suspension bridge of Chile, the "Presidente Ibañez" Bridge, created by Eiffel. From here you are going to explore the unique nature of the Patagonien Cold Rainforrest. You drive to the "Bahia Acantilada" National Park. After a little walk we reach the plateaus called "Mirador Martin Pescador" where you can take great pictures from the Andes. Right after this wonderful stop you drive further eastwards to a Lagoon named "Laguna fantasma", the Ghost lagoon. It shows you how this entire region looked like in the last century. Than you will explore the old pioneer path and walk over the oldest woodmade suspencion brigde of the Region! From here we are on our way back to the Port of Chacabuco but doing our last stop in one of the nicest Lagoons, the "Lagnuna Coipos". You will have the chance to enjoy the wonderful view into the fjord of Chacabuco and than going back on board with wonderful impressions of the most isolated Region of Chile, AYSÈN.

We did a 12 day customized trip in 2018. Found this company through Zicasso, Kieran was great arranging it all and communication was easy. Our trip started in Buenos Aires where we did a cooking class at the Argentine Experience and took a tango lesson. Our dance instructors took us out to a milongo afterwards and we ended up staying out until 2am. It was great! We felt completely immersed in the culture. We then flew to Iguazu and toured the jungle, got blasted by the falls in a boat ride and saw all the incredible creatures that live there. Our last 5 days were spent hiking in Patagonia where we trekked the Perito Moreno Glacier, visited a ranch, and then drove to El Chalten for the final days. All of our transportation was provided, all internal flights booked by Kieran, and everything was just wonderful. To this day, it’s one of my favorite vacations!

Patagonia trip planner were awesome! My friends and I were on a traveling/climbing holiday but spoke little Spanish and finding topos and climbing destinations was proving hard. We got in touch with them to get a trip to lagoona San Rafael. They took care of everything including accommodation, transport from coyhaique and gave us recommendations on places to eat. After chatting with our guide and telling him the difficulties we were having finding topos in the area. He was delighted to show us several top crags in Cerro Castillo, back in coyhaique they even organized climbing on Cerro Mackay!!! Awesome 5 days. Brilliant service nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend. Thank you guys!!!

Horseback riding at Alto Murta is a must! I highly recommend Alto Murta as the best place to take this off of your Patagonian bucket list. Eduardo is an extremely gracious guide that will be sure you feel safe and enjoy your experience at every step of the way. They offer many routes, and we decided to take the one going to the hot springs. We rode along the Rio Ibañez, just off of the Carretera Austral. We were staying in Puerto Tranquilo, so we met halfway along the road, with Eduardo communicating with us at every step of the way. The landscapes you are able to appreciate are something out of a painting. The mountains, rivers, and farms form a scenic backdrop for your ride. The grass can't get any greener nor the air any fresher. Once we arrived at the hot springs, we were treated with a bottle of wine and snacks. Relaxing before our ride back made us feel like a million bucks. The ride back was just as enjoyable. Despite some difficulties with weather and logistics, Eduardo was able to accommodate us and give us the best ride possible. He told us about his experiences as a rancher in California and Utah, and how happy he is to be back in Murta. We met some of his extended family too, who very very gracious with us as well. Don't hesitate to contact Alto Murta if you have special circumstances. They will surely accommodate you, as they did with us. A truly unforgettable experience!

We had a pleasure of Waldo being our tour guide driving and showing us around Valparaiso. We had 2 children that are still young, so flexibility of the schedule is a must and Waldo is very flexible and intuitive of our needs. He even prepared desserts, drinks, fruits, you name it, he brought them with him so we have a pleasant day through out the day, as most of the restaurants is still closed during Phase 2. He even brought our bags along and carried them securely,to prevent robbery. Thank you Waldo for being very patient with us and waited until we had great photo for our Instagrams. We really recommend him!
