Possibly Israel's smallest national park, the Bet Alpha Sinagogue comprises little more than the original building and a courtyard. There is a reenactment movie about how and why the Sinagogue was designed as it is, including an explanation for some mistakes that were included. Movie is available in at least Hebrew and English. It is worth he 45 min to 1 hour that it takes to see the movie and the mosaic.
