Stumbled across this walk after a recommendation from a friend (why is it not advertised more ?) Beautiful walk around the lake, and a nice seat on the grass bank in the afternoon sunshine So many swans and ducks on the lake, and a rowing boat with a fly fisher, very picturesque Can highly recommend it to anyone looking to spend an hour or two in the open air. Walk is very easy, on hardcore gravel path so suitable and easily accessible for most users

We visited on a rainy day and the kids were in their element climbing on the rocks. There’s a gorgeous path along the river but you can also explore the rocks closer to the bridge
