A great place to spend a rainy day. Three main exhibits:
- butterfly pavillion
- nocturnal animals exhibit
- jungle trek
Butterflies were great. Especially liked the gigantic Atlas Moth.
Highlight was the nocturnal animals exhibit with bats flying freely throughout brushing up against your cheeks!! My wife and kids freaked out. I loved it!!!
Just a great cozy and well curated zoo. Weather kept us from seeing the outdoor exhibits but nevertheless was all worth it!!!

Big open room (360m2) with 6 Pool Billard tables, 2 Dartboards, 2 Tabletop football / Toggelichaschte, 5 TV screens with Sportbroadcasts and a big bar with separate smoking room.

Visit unknown power places in wild Canyons, touch the oldest and largest trees in Switzerland, see ibex in their natural habitat, and learn how the Alps evolved. Springtime is the optimal time to enjoy brilliant alpine colours as the flowers bloom. A trip to far off Valleys with a welcome rest in an alpine cottage will help you rest and recuperate from the stress of daily life. Experience the sunrise over the peaks, listen to the rain fall in the forest, go for a swim in a mountain lake, spend a companionable evening in the alpine cottage and much more.

Quel bonheur de sauter avec l'équipe de Swissboogie. 2ème saut avec l'équipe et un réel bonheur. Ils savent vous mettre en confiance et on se sent en permanence en sécurité. Des grands professionnels ! Merci pour ce beau moment !

The Taubenloch is one of the most popular hikes in the region – perhaps because of its romantic surrounding, the pleasantly cool temperatures, or the easy access that allows families to discover the gorge. But one thing is for sure: a stroll through the mysterious Taubenloch gorge is magical.
One of my favorite hike, yet so close to the city but when you've entered the canyon you are like in another world, time stands still and you can relax listening to the whooshing of the water, you will be delighted.
Don't forget to take a small snack and something to drink with you!
Enjoy

A calm, unspoiled peninsula on the Bielersee that offers kilometers of dirt paths for biking and walking. The St. Peter's Island is a place for picknicking, swimming, observing flora, and just enjoying nature. Stop at the Monastery Restaurant for a nice fruit tarte or home made ice cream.

Event-Winery Winetastings Regional-Food Winewalking Touristic attractions VIP - Events
We visited as part of a prearranged tour organized through CountryBred travel. This was the highlight of our trip to Switzerland due to the wonderful personalities of Martin and Elena. They welcomed us into their winery, served us great food, and took us on a walking tour of the vineyards. It is a very small and intimate place. We sat at their table, enjoying great food and wine, while chatting with them for hours. It made us feel like we were sitting at our kitchen table with longtime friends.

The old town of Bern was very memorable. From the architecture to nature it is just beautiful European city that is easy to fall in love with. The minute you arrive you feel the lay back stress free lifestyle from Switzerland. Everything is nearly walking distance and it's easy to get around. Wish I could have spend more time here but there's just so much to see in Switzerland and so little time.

It was interesting to walk the walls of this medieval town. Nice photo opportunities along the way. It was not busy the day I visited so I had the place almost to myself.
