Early Bird is a chef driven made from scratch breakfast and brunch restaurant.
The food here is so good! Definitely an "outside of the box" approach to breakfast or lunch.
This was our second visit and it was just as good as the first. I appreciate the creative menu, locally sourced or organic ingredients, and delicious coffee! The decor is minimal but expressive. The place can get busy but the team works really hard. We try to go early, around 7am, as I have seen the line out the door in nice weather.
I never considered braised pork a breakfast item until now! Delicious compliment to waffles or eggs. Family friendly and heaps of GF options. I love yummy, wholesome food served in a pleasant atmosphere and it's Early Bird for the win.

I've eaten here several times with my family and we have a great experience each time. The food is excellent and the staff is friendly. You can tell they take pride in their food. I've also had them cater a couple events and my guests rave about the meat and the sauce. They also support local charities, which I really appreciate. They are just great all around!

Good food selection for the entire family. Most of our visits are closer to a 5 but this visit was probably only a 3. The food is very tasty although this time the steak was way too seasoned with pepper. It was too over powering for the steak and all we could taste was pepper! Our server was not very attentive. We were luck that Elsa (from the Boulder BJs) was there and sorted it out. She is a great manager. Very hands on and we miss that she is no longer regularly at the Westminster location.

If it wasn't for the lack of attentive waitstaff, we would rate this place excellent. The variety of the menu was ideal for those want to customize their plates. I absolutely loved my taco trio with 3 different shells; flour, corn, and lettuce wrapped. Normally I expect an accompanying side of rice and beans to be bland, but here I was impressed to find so much flavor packed into mine, I didn't leave any behind. Our children loved their kids meals and my husband, his spicy burrito.
The restaurant itself had a elegant Mexican vibe with a bar, and a few different options for seating. The bathrooms however, were horribly dirty and hard to go into. The staff were so chatty with each other that many things were forgot or almost ignored so some of our family members had to wait while others ate and a side of sour cream took more than 10 minutes to get. We were also told that since it was our first visit, we would receive a complimentary queso dip with our chips. This queso came out after our food and then added to our bill, so we had to get it corrected. I don't think I would have ordered the queso if it wasn't free, it wasn't as good as everything else.

Came here twice with friends, once for lunch, once for dinner. Not as much business during a weekday lunch. Nice place, good service. Food is good. Tried the ceviche, which was good. My wife and I both had the Norwegian salmon, hers on salad, mine with rice. Salmon was nicely done, not a large piece. At another meal, I had the rainbow trout, grilled with lemon. This is a winner in my book. It's butterflied and deboned, with a nice char. No rancidity detectable. Gets noisier at night, and it's more difficult to hear across the table. Service is very good.

Kachina-A modern Southwestern restaurant that sits comfortably close to Denver and Boulder, yet just far enough away to escape the exhaustive beat and to truly enjoy a festive gathering with friends and family. There's nowhere better to relax and soak in the rich Southwest culture and its spirited cuisine than Kachina: an inviting oasis where you can sit by a calming Kiva fireplace on an expansive patio while looking out toward the Rockies in the distance. Our chefs take diners on a culinary journey back to the land with grilled bison, green Chile burgers, posole, Navajo tacos and more, just as the locals have done for hundreds of years. Kachina also features an extensive wine list, local & regional brews, and creative, crafted cocktails. Let Kachina's collection of handcrafted tequilas and artisan mezcals expand your horizon.
This is a great restaurant. Nice environment, good bar area. It's adjacent to the Westin Westminster. Food was excellent. The Chicken Enchiladas could create a food addiction!
The only thing is if you're salt-conscious, this isn't for you. Or, at least ask what might be lower in sodium.
Note to Management: Lighten up the salt!!

Cracovia Restaurant & Bar is a family-owned and operated restaurant that prides itself on being the most authentic Polish restaurant in Colorado. We use only the finest ingredients in our kitchen and ensure each dish has the warmth of a traditional home-cooked meal. If you have never had Polish food before, you will be surprised by the bold & savory blend of herbs and spices paired with the freshest ingredients. If you have had Polish food before, you are in for a treat. The owners are the executive chefs, immigrating from Poland about 27 years ago and bringing with them over 20 years of cooking experience.
Thanks to TripAdvisor we accidentally ran into this restaurant. Service was great and the dishes were truly authentic Polish! Will definitely return!

What a find. This place is THE restaurant for authentic Mexican, not Tex-Mex, home cooking. Enormous portions and reasonable prices, combined with a friendly staff, makes Guadalajara a must for those who need a Mexican food fix. Everything here is first-rate, from the fresh oysters topped with ceviche to molcajete and aquachiles and fajitas and enchiladas. Child places start at $3.00. This is one of my favorite restaurants in the entire Denver area regardless of cuisine. The only downside is perhaps the wait as Guadalajara is always busy, but believe me it is worth the wait.

Stuck at the dealership across the street. This was my choice for lunch. Great patio well though everything was dirty table was dirty chairs were dirty floor was dirty. Waitress was nice but not at all excited about work. And the lazy. She recommended the fish tacos and they were amazing. Although I would highly recommend you order them without the onions. She also recommended him a hero I can take them a hero was horrid. All lime juice nothing else. This restaurant has the same problem As most of the change today. Your server never serve your food. I’m so sick and tired of people coming to my table asking me where the food goes ask me if that was mine. Servers not knowing what I ordered. Servers not knowing if it’s cooked right. The waitress has two jobs take the order and serve the order. I cannot believe that Restaurant actually teach their people not to do their job. America step up and re-bill. If your waiter or waitress does not serve your food do not leave them a tip. That is their job is to serve you the food. If anybody walks out and ask you what plate goesThen don’t leave a tip. Your waiter or waitress at serve your food and they should know where the plate goes. This is just another greasy spoon brutal. Nothing special
