There are a number of one-hour boat rides to choose from on Lake Balaton departing from Keszthely and this is not the one to choose.On a positive note, the boat was comfortable, there was a free capaccino and the ride was slow and relaxed. To our great disappointment though, the boat only made a small circle around the bay and there was absolutely no commentary in any language so we did not learn anything on the trip.At best, a relaxing boat ride but otherwise, kind of boring and not informative. There are better options right at the same dock.

restaurant is located direct at lake Balaton - you can enter direct from cheargable beach or from outside and selct between two terrace areas.Very friendly mulitlingual staff - and credit cards are accepted.Hungarian and international menu - and huge selction of fish.

I ordered a large "Feta" to go and an espresso coffee. They should improve the service and the pizza crust to rate a great. I thought you had to order at the counter because no one acted like they wanted to serve me. Then it seemed like they had forgotten about my coffee so I had to go and ask about getting it. But the pizza was great , except for a crust that was overly doughy. If it had been cooked slightly longer or at a higher heat then the pizza would have rated a great. The ingredients were fresh and plentiful, a nice feta, ripe tomatoes, nice olives, and a very nice ham.

Friendly and non smoking throughout, which makes a difference with children I think. Good food and variety, friendly service and good location. Would recommend.

We are every year in Gyenesdias for vacation. This is our favorite place for pizza but also all other dishes we tried are very good. Not the cheapest location, but worth the price because you notice the high quality in their products. Recommended!
