This is one of our regular stops when passing through Fort Portal. Lots of expats and residents use it.We had morning coffee this time plus a delicious cold Sundae called 'Mango madness!"Service is always friendly and efficient although this time one dish of our choice was not available.A nice atmosphere and quite busy.

This place impressed me and the things they are making in there are unique. I liked the designs and I found a skirt for me and some nice bags for my friends back home. I even found a lovely tea pot with matching cups. I wish this project a successful future in skilling these young people! Thank you for the work you are doing!

This hotel is at the heart of Fort Portal town and has good food and faster internet. The hotel has relaxing views of fort portal along kasese road and you can view kings place at a distance.

We arrived from Semuliki park the "Ugandan Birding haven, after a full day trip in the Congo forest extension., this was a special trip mixed with camping and staying more with nature around! we dubbed the trip off the beaten track, this was like the mid point after trotting from Murchison falls.. With my 3 Belgian young men we got a tip off that there is something in town to rekindle our trip with some night out in Fort Portal... Normally i just drive out of Fort Portal town to the Kibale forest or to Queen Elizabeth but with after this great experience i plan to gel this in our Experience Uganda safaris from then on.. The bar was nice, well equipped, good food, well flavored spiced African tea! the best thing that caught Our eyes after the bush camping days in this area was the set up of the facility, a compound with a bar, wild plantain plants, flowers with cozy settings for seating the choice of painting and lightint.. Fantastic charm.. looking forward to come back..
