Due to only having 1 server the restaurant offered very slow service, even in regards to just asking for the bill and receiving change etc. Also they allow people to smoke inside which is disgusting and not conducive to an enjoyable meal in my opinion. The place is quite dirty and the seating is uncomfortable with the place looking quite unsightly on the whole. Despite this, the food was of a good quality but an astounding quantity for what we paid!
Best American food near San Pedro La Laguna, Western Highlands, Guatemala
This restaurant is such a nice change from the other restaurants in this area that are either very American or local Guatemalan. The owner, Nester, is from Barcelona, and he knows how to bring the delicious tastes of Spain to your table. The restaurant has a nice and relaxed feel. There are daily drink specials in addition to wine and beer. You gotta try the Spanish tortilla with the fusion garlic avocado aioli. Or the beard with sereno jamón or Nester's home made pate. I haven't tried the paella yet, but I can wait. I've become a regular here and the never fail to serve up the most delicious tapas, meals, drinks, and nice atmosphere.

Beautiful colonian style structure with a wood burning oven just out side the dining room. We shared the main beef house special; the herbs and seasonings were so unique. The beef was very tender served with a good portion of local vegetables. They make their own salas served with corn tortilla chips. Careful, the salas are hot, hotter and just leave that last one alone.
Where to eat Eastern European food in San Pedro La Laguna: The Best Restaurants and Bars
I was in San Juan for a couple months, and I ended up going in here maybe 4 times. To watch the Clasico between Real Madrid and Barcelona, the environment was fun and the beer and snacks and lunches were cheap. The worker Abel is very nice and will serve you to the best of his ability. The other times I went the environment was tranquil with just me and a friend, but we ate GREAT nachos and a beer.muchas gracias Charlie lo esperamos siempre
