Excellent steak house, open late. It was really awesome to try some of the unique cuts they had (something like filet mignon and they left a bit of the fat at the edge, which was awesome). This is a very expensive restaurant for Guatemala, but not so expensive by US standards.

The food was amazing! We had three different types of meat, and all of them were great. The costilla sin hueso was particularly good, as well as the mashed potatoes and guacamole. They give you three different types of salts to season the meat yourself that really heighten the taste. Overall great experience, and I would love to eat there again.

Excellent attentive service and wonderful food! Great ambiance. Ordered two starters, specials of the evening and two fabulous desserts. With a bottle of wine, bill came to 900 quetzals. Doesnât feel touristy at all. Menu in English and spanish. Would highly recommend!

Finally had the opportunity to have the Tasting Menu and we were so impressed with presentation of each course and it was impossible to pick a favorite course as they were all brilliantly prepared and executed. Tastes varied and complimented each other. The 10 course option is a must as I would hate to think which two I would have missed with the 8 course option.Wine list is not that long but plenty of variety and reasonably priced.All in all is was a great night - great food and excellent service including their care in making sure food allergies were accommodated. Want to return now and try offerings off their regular menu.

I was here for a repeat visit and it was just as delicious. It is the tiniest place. Make a reservation because you will need it. The menu is a little more extensive this year. If you sit upstairs be prepared to climb the stairs. But that is half the fun. Thanks for a great dinner!

The best quality of Cadejo is the atmosphere, open, expansive, cozy, but modern. It's a pleasure to just sit there and drink a beer.Beer prices are ok, happy hour deals are good.Food is what you would expect from bar food, nothing special, but nothing terrible. Limited vegetarian options.

The views from the rooftop cafe at CECAP are stunning, but the vista is just the beginning. The food is by far the best I've had in Central America! We got two different typical Guatemalan dishes; both had rich sauces and layered flavors, and the presentation was beautiful. For a backpacker who doesn't eat at fancy restaurants because they're out of my budget, this was a real treat - it's an excellent value. My favorite thing about this restaurant is that they reuse old jars and food containers for takeaway containers - I wish more places would do that. The businesses in Santa Cruz care a lot about reducing the amount of waste produced in the area, and this is a brilliant way to help do just that. You can take a tuk tuk up the hill for 5Q, but the walk is quite nice, especially after hiking volcanoes. Very highly recommended!Thanks for visiting us and supporting CECAP! We're so glad you had such a good visit. Come back again soon!

Stayed at the Intercontinental for 4 nights and unfortunately could only have breakfast and lunch 1 time during those days. The breakfast is top notch. Great variety of choices, good quality and great service in the morning. The whole crew is on its toes to give all the guests the best.Same for the lunch.
