We needed a light lunch and happened to be near Col'Cacchio in Century City. We chose the Allegro and the Fratellino wraps with chicken. We were absolutely blown away. They were both awesome. The service was unobtrusive and we were able to continue suitably recharged and refreshed. I'm not normally a chain restaurant kind of person but this Col'Cacchio was really very good.

We went on a Thursday for some live music. The place is nice but our pizza was kind of cold. The singer of the night was a Spanish guy, pretty average, but the worst part is that he sang 2 of âhisâ songs, that actually are from famous Spanish singers. Maybe we just had bad luck But it was disappointing. The place has potential but thereâs a lot to improve.

This was my third trip to this branch of the franchise and the worst. The service is always horrible but the food is good and therefore the reason for my continuous return. However after this I will not be returning to this branch again. We were seated and left for 30 minutes and in that time no-one came to ask our order despite seeing us setting there with our menuâs. The staff merely ignored us, eventually we asked for someone to call our waiter and no one pitched up. We eventually just stood up and left. It is a shame as the food is really good however not worth putting up with the horrible service.

pizza was fine but they didn't have some of the items I ordered and paid for online and there were no alternatives I wanted which made the whole transaction rather complicated and irritating. No safe parking at night and felt a bit unsure as the area isn't great. Next time I'd get them to deliver.

I would have given the restaurant 5 based on the service which was friendly, informative and efficient. The food we had was OK but for me nothing special. The starters were better than the mains especially the salad and the calamari which was lovely. However my fish was rather dry and the spinach was also overlooked. Would definitely give it another try because of the nice ambience.

Overall 3:Food 3:The overall food was ok. Me and my brother and parents shared all of the food. We had the pizza margarita, fries, Cajun chicken wrap and beef sliders. The Cajun chicken wrap was interesting in the sense that it contain pineapple, which gave it a sweet and savory taste.Service 2.5-3 The service at this place was terrible. We asked the staff several times for ketchup which we never received. They didnât have crushed red pepper to go with the pizza. The food took over 25mins to come out. I had to walk up to the counter several times when I need something like straws or ice. Waiters werenât attentive and maybe came by once to ask if we needed anything which is why I had to walk up to the counter to ask for anything.

I visited this restaurant for breakfast. My order was taken at 10:50am. At 11:40 my coffee nor my food had arrived. During this period I asked 2 other waitresses for assistance but to no avail. Not just a lucky one-off; Unwined has provided us with multiple take-away quality pizzas which our family would rather get here than anywhere else. Only competitor is van Lovren way out in the Robertson Wine Valley.So, check out their wonderfuness. A serious cut way above average; unusual topping combos without being pretentious. Usually a 'special'; plus I think you can get half & half when you can't decide. Kids love the chicken; son loves the one with strawberries,; I stick with 'Rock & Roller' - just add Blue cheese = Friday night heaven. Just 5-10 mins from us so we never bother eating there. Pretty fast, efficient - never had a wrong order yet...! Great vibe, though the benches wouldn't suit my back.
