A really lovely atmosphere especially outside in the garden area. Service from Bronwen was excellent! The sushi is fantastic and very well priced. We (7of us) ordered a variety of different platters and from the specials of the day and everything was superb.

Osetra - The Restaurant is a 220-seater upmarket designer restaurant, situated in the heart of Kalk Bay. The restaurant, named after the Caviar, is almost completely sea facing with the outside dining terrace perfectly positioned for people-watching. Open
This was our second visit and we were as impressed as on our first visit. We were given a delicious complimentary bowl of spicy seafood bisque on arrival (very welcome on an icy Cape Town day). We then shared a plate of perfectly cooked prawns, served with the most delicious soya sauce-based sauce and fabulous egg-fried rice. The staff were attentive and efficient (and I loved the teapot they brought my tea in).

Eating here twice a year, it's a true authentic thai experience. Located right opposite the entrance to Fish Hoek's swimming beach.Cafeteria style sitting, rudimentary setting - just like the sidewalks cafe's in Thailand, with a true Thai chef. The flavours are so pure Thai, the best I have seen outside Thailand. The soups are authentic, as was the prawns mains in red curry. My wife's hotplate was simply divine, and certainly recommended. Having desserts, these are all home-made. A simple efficient thai restaurant with real flavours in a rudimentary setting.
Situated on the top terrace at Clovelly Country Club, Amor's Bistro is where you can relax, enjoy good food and wine with lovely views of the ocean and mountains surrounding the Fish Hoek valley. We opt for something different, more healthier as well as g
We visited Amorâs bistro for a quick breakfast one morning and now always end up back there. Weâve had a magnificent lunch of bazil pesto - which even my kids finished- and a unique gourmet chicken sandwich. We also went for cake and coffee and had the most delicious sweet potato cake! The vibe is relaxing, food is great quality with attention to detail and the cakes are always interesting and unique. Even though the food is more fancy than your average kiddy-friendly restaurant, children are welcome and well catered for. We will definitely be regulars when visiting Fish Hoek again.
