One of my favorite restaurants great food awesome staff, beautiful view that looks out onto the ocean and you can also see the Naval dockyard and ships...when you walk in you are greeted with a smile and you feel at home the surrounding make you feel comfortable. They have a great menu and lots to choose from and they also have craft beer on tap or you can choose from their bar selection. They also have a TV for the Saturday sport lovers and a sport finger menu if you do not want anything big ( but very filling and tasty eg.ribs to chicken strips and chips) they also cater for functions and their Christmas lunch if you dont feel like cooking that day...I fully recommend this restaurant.Hi Rosemary.Thank you so much for this lovely review. That is correct, we do cater for functions and also open on Christmas Day doing a lovely 3-course lunch. We do have a TV for sporting events yes.We hope to see you soon and also glad you enjoy the food.Kind Regards.Chef Sean

La Colombe, one of Cape Town's most well-loved and awarded restaurants. Contemporary French-meets-Asian fine dining.
We came with high expectations having eaten here previously and were blown away. The lunch menu is amazing value and not to be missed. We also did the wine pairing which I am not sure we would do again, but good to try, the portions were very much on the small side. Our waitress was very friendly in fact she put us onto kayaking at Wilderness which we thoroughly enjoyed.

Village with several eating places, children's playground and quaint,if touristy, shops and deli.We ate at Cafe Roux which serves good burger-type food at reasonable prices and is situated right by a play area for youngish kids.Several shops selling clothes, crafts etc are interesting if pricey. In the evening at weekend there are dinner options with music and some of the artists featured seemed a cut above the usual types I've seen at other venues
