We are a farm nestled in the middle of town. Come and enjoy a magnificent meal with a spectacular view. A touch of nature and great services will make you feel right at home. Our venue boasts a variety of trees, birds and a touch of tranquility. This incl
This is my favourite coffee shop in the Durbanville area. Great setting, amazing views, not too many tables squeezed in, and kids friendly when the weather is good.Only problem is that they are very busy over weekends - so make sure to phone ahead for a table. Breakfast menu is good, and their pastas is a must for lunch.

We had lunch at Yoco eatery yesterday and we will definitely be back. I had the vegetarian pasta which was homemade and cooked to perfection! My husband had the pickle burger which he also enjoyed. The only negative was that the service was a bit slow, otherwise it was great.

I had never visited this establishment before, despite the fact that I have lived in Durbanville for a very long time and had only heard good reports. When friends suggested that we have a meal there, I looked forward to the experience. It has been going for years and this is always a good sign. The decor is surprisingly simple and I personally found the ambience to be slightly lacking.Be that as it may, the welcome was professional and the service was good throughout. My meal (a seafood pasta that arrived in foil to retain the flavour/juices) was very good. However, it was the reaction of the other five members of the party that forced me to award Zibaldone an extra star : they all raved about their food.We took our own wine and paid corkage. I cannot remember how much it was. All in all, a very pleasant evening was had by all.

Definitely a value-for-money, friendly pub and restaurant for local Durbanvillers! Great Eisbein, drinks are reasonably priced, you will enjoy the unfenced seating outside (beer garden style). Service was fast as well as payment was quickly done. Good for afternoon, after-work drinks with friends as well as evening dinners!

We wanted to visit this winery as their chenin blanc is available also at Finnish wine monopoly shops.First we were surprised by rustic and stylish wine tasting room / restaurant. Then the reasonable priced lunch menu and wine list.Lamb meatballs were so much more than average, as also better Anna de Köning chenin blanc. But then another great, nice surprise: we met Ronelle Brink, so friendly and active half of owner family! Sometimes day is just average - every now and then comes experience you never forget!

With its beautiful natural setting, Cassia Restaurant is a wonderful country venue for a business conference, romantic wedding or a relaxing meal in the Cape Winelands. Cassia Restaurant and function venue was recently added to the farms portfolio. Here e
We stopped for lunch, and were welcomed into the restaurant, where tables closest to the fire had been reserved, but we were still close enough to be warm. Clean table cloths and cutlery, divinely thin wine glasses, fabulous service - our first impressions were followed up by an excellent Nitida wine recommended by our waitress, and the menu was just tempting enough to make choosing difficult. In the end, we settled for pork belly and the venison. The pork belly was rave-worthy, but compared to the crisp soya-sprinkled veg the belly was just the bridesmaid to the mixed veg bride. I LOVED the veg, wanted more. The venison was falling off the bone, and the potatoes were delicately flavoured with roasted garlic. A meal to remember. The cheesecake didn't match up to the rest of the meal, which was a pity but also a minor issue when everything else was so good. The service we got was worth every cent of a large tip, for which we were very nicely thanked.Dear Ingrid A,Thank you so much for your support and most favourable review. It is always great to receive such positive feedback,.We have worked extremely hard over the past 10 years to achieve consistency in what we do, and it is really appreciated by all of us to see the hard work paying off.We will work on the cheesecake, and ensure that it is of the standard that is expected of us.We look forward to seeing you again soon.Kind RegardsCassia Management

Visiting the Olive Bistro on numerous occasions this visit was very disappointing with quality of certain food items to drop. The toppings of the pizzas are paper thin. We had the Namibian pizza. The Eisbein was over fried or a previously leftover one was reused. When a restaurant becomes too busy you expect the quality to drop.

Owner operated fine dining bistro fare, with a seasonal inspired menu that changes weekly. Stunning views of the vineyard outside on the grass in summer or cozy seating inside our renovated 100 year old stable in the winter
We had a pretty good lunch at Diemersdal Farm Eatery today. We started with some complementary bread (great aioli) and a bitterbal. As a Dutchie I love bitterballen and this was very good; full of tasty meat. We then had the winter special, which is really a steal for R150 pp. You choose any 4 dishes from the menu and they resize it to tapas. You would expect small portions, but they were actually the size of big starters. So 4 tapas is a very filling meal. And most important; the quality and taste was great. We had the patagonian squid, impala tataki, mushroom tortellini, hake with octopus, monkfish with caponata, pork belly and lamb shoulder. We shared the chocolate torte to finish off with something sweet, it was indeed sweet (could have been more chocolaty for my taste). The Diemersdal wines are also good, both sauvignon blanc and pinotage are fruity and full flavoured. Lovely staff as well.

With one of SAâs most well known wines, we just had to visit. Lovely views and friendly staff on arrival. The collectors wine tasting was lovely and refreshing. I do however suggest the waitress selling it gets a bit more training on what they offer. The manager was lovely and sorted out a cheese platter issue the perfect way. Small attention to detail on service can be improved but all and all a great winefarm to visit.
