Mugg & Bean is a great spot to stop for lunch while shopping or even to grab a muffin (which I did last time) since I was in a hurry. Great cappuccinos, breakfasts and the muffins....yum!

Do you like good coffee, good food and good music? Who doesn't! At Blues Caffe we believe we have found the balance between these three "life essentials". Try Black Insomnia "The World's Strongest Coffee".
The coffee is as good as the hosts, attention to detail in what they serve is right up there. Absolutely the best croissant in town & the brötchen is as good as you'd expect to find in Germany itself. Give them a try !!Thank you for your positive review, much appreciated. My wife and I do try our best to get it right.

There is absolutely nothing about this place to make you think it is a padstal! Situated at a very busy garage on the N2 where all the long distance busses stop, and they close at 4 in the afternoon! No entrance from the bus stop to the "padstal", making the passengers walk all the way round to buy! There were no homemade things to buy on the 2 occasions I was there

I first learned about Dis Tyd when I had the most incredible snacks at a function. The snacks were unusual and tasty and beautifully presented. Then we visited the Coffee Shop - boy were we surprised. It's run by a young lady called Mia. Everything delectable item is freshly made on site by her and her small staff. It's hard to fathom how they could so successfully cater for five star functions as well but they do! Dis Tyd is slightly off the beaten track, which is very nice. Closely situated to Fancourt as well. There is a lovely shaded outside area as well. There are even some biscuits, small gifts and cards you could buy to take with you.Mia and her staff at Dis Tyd surely knows how to pack a punch! Don't miss out. Definitely going back to this lovely place. They have a very interesting menu and unusual cakes so be sure to go hungry!

We pop in often, just the two of us, when we feel like a light lunch. Wonderful when the weather is good and you can sit outside. However, some of the tables and chairs need upgrading as there is nothing worse than a wobble. I had Hake and Chips always good, and the Cajun Linefish was also enjoyed. Good service a bonus.Dear GuestThank you for your review. We are happy to know that your food and service was good. We are in the process of upgrading the tables and chairs, the George weather is taking it's toll on any outdoor furniture! Hope to see you again soon, as we would like to earn a better review than 3 stars.RegardsIsabel

Popped in for a quick brunch and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and friendly service. The food was delicious, freshly prepared and generous in terms if flavour and portion size. A wide selection of coffees and tea options including a matcha cappuccino which we would definitely recommend. A selection of African origin coffee beans are also available to purchase. Will definitely be back again soon.
