In the heart of Essex Street in Fremantle, The Whisper Wine Bar is the perfect place to enjoy a romantic evening or a few glasses of finely chosen wines. We focus on Australian wines but offer a fine selection of French, South African, New Zelander and It
Wines from AU$45 a bottle. They have a good wine list and a good menu of light or share plates.Friendly service, but American Express cards are not accepted.Food and drinks are ordered and paid for at the ground floor bar. Our meal was served to our table.Seating is available on the pavement, inside on the ground floor or on the first floor.Food is delicious, but the cheese fondue doesn't have a heat source under it, so the cheese solidifies before yiu finish it.Worth going to, it's a different experience.

We're pretty proud of our Fremantle brewery and we welcome visitors from far and wide every day. Grab a Pale Ale and a pizza and soak in the brewery chaos or wander out into the backyard to enjoy your beer and nosh in the sunshine. You could also head to
We did this on the new Friday 6pm slot- it was great! Itâs different from other brewery tours as Little Creatures is quite new (vs the historical brewery tours weâve been on). Our tour guide Hamish clearly loved giving us insight into Perth/WA beer life- he was great! Plus the tour gave us a sample of everything they had on tap! Also, not a bad view watching the sunset. We swung over to the restaurant after for a delicious supper. Great tour, great food, overall a win and for only $20!

Definitely worth the drive out to the coast this evening. My seafood linguine was simply exquisite. Wonderful views of the sunset, made for a romantic setting for me and Hubbie to have our 30th anniversary dinner. Beer price was average, but very reasonable for the setting. The better half was pleased with his pizza. A difficult feat!

We recently visited the Albion to catch up with some overseas relatives who are enjoying Perth for a couple of months. The venue is family friendly and the staff welcoming, the tram car that is set up as a dining car and is situated in the meals area adds an unusual and quirky touch. The meals were all served in a timely manner by our very friendly wait person and a full compliment of drinks are available. As the main dining area floor is carpeted and arranged on two levels the sound is absorbed more readily so make having a conversation more enjoyable. The Albion does have an Irish group playing on any long weekend and adds to the atmosphere.Well worth a visit if you haven't been there before, or worth re-visiting if you haven't been for awhile.

Stopped in for dinner after work and got a seat on the big open windows. Ordered a parma and the staff on the bar was nice but couldn't/wouldn't make any changes as she didn't know how. Food arrived quickly but the chips were undercooked, the chicken parma tasted like it had been cooked in fish oil & the chicken itself was not very good. Wouldn't eat there again.

I took Mr K here for a beer on Cup day. I was so impressed with the bartenders, they were AMAZING! Look, I'm not a huge Melbourne cup supporter, I love what it does for the hospitality & fashion industries...but I am, if I'm honest, a little worried about the horses...anyway enough of my ranting about that - I am a little obsessed with this bar. As a sailor, it's a dream come true. Bravo, bravo, bravo ***insert slow clap for epic female bartender who got Mr K of the stage when he was lounging around on his back while I was classically perched on the bar stool observing.

Upon entering it was slightly confusing as the hotel offers different varieties of dining. We went to the fish side after inspecting both options more because it offered what we saw as lighter meals. The service was probably the best I have encountered for a long time, right from how we were greeted right through to the wait staff explaining the terminology of the menu to us. The view is spectacular and the food was well worth the short wait we had. The décor was spot on it gave the whole experience a beachy relaxed vibe, which spilled over into the dining experience. Overall if you head to this beach be sure to stop in and share a meal at this charming, quirky place I bet you will not be disappointed.
