This restaurant has just opened in Baldivis. Itâs sister restaurant in Fremantle has a good reputation so I thought I would give it a try. I ordered a take away of Biriani Chicken, Chicken Jalfrezi and a Chilli and Olive Naan. The food was ready on time and tasted absolutely fantastic. At last a decent curry house. I did see other dishes coming out of the kitchen that looked brilliant - loads of colour with good presentation. I wasnât keen on the Chilli and Olive Naan, just a personal view as it didnât fit into my book as âIndianâ more âItalianâ. I am longing to return for a sit down meal where I hope to raise my rating to 5 stars.

Came here for lunch with a groupon voucher. Thoroughly enjoyed every dish. We ordered Butter Chicken, Rogan Josh and Beef Madras. Tasty and full of flavours. Hot and fluffy naan bread. Staff were very polite and courteous. Friendly and always smiling. Nice decor in the restaurant. Toilet was clean too.

The concept of Malabar Coast Restaurant & Catering came about in a bid to preserve the culinary heritage of Kerala. With ethnic recipes fast fading into oblivion, we were extremely keen to revive and make available these delicious dishes to the discerning
Wonderful meal with family here. Very authentic with lots of whole spices throughout the dishes. We had six dishes which were all very different and delicious . Favourites for us were the paratha, the fish curry and the mutton birayani. Reasonable prices and very friendly staff. Will definately be back.

The service is good and the restaurant is clean and tidy. The meals are of a generous size and is cooked to your request whether it's really hot or mild, nothing is too much trouble. We'll be back!

Family decided on Indian food that night, so we gave this place a try. The food was very tastey and I have no complaints about the quality of the food. However, I believe a main dish should be more than a 15cm diameter shallow bowl ($23.90), with hardy enough food to sustain a hungry cat. I enquired about the size and was told I could order a side order of stir fried vegetable ($18.90) and a bowl of saffron rice ($6).So in the end we had to order two bowls of rice, two naan breads ($5 ea) to go with the two main dishes. Tastey, but will never return unless they change there menu structure and pricing
