A lovely relaxing lunch in beautiful surroundings overlooking the vineyards and an excellent French meal to celebrate Bastille Day. We took my Mum as a treat on her 89th birthday and she said it was her best birthday celebration since her 80th and would like to come back for her 90th.The meal included all fresh local produce, the owner provided information on the history of the restaurant and area and the staff were super friendly and helpful

We are a buzzing fully licensed restaurant in Dunsboroughs town centre. We specialise in local seafood and produce. Our dishes are rich in flavour and our cuisine would best be described as Asian infused. Enjoy a relaxed meal under the peppi trees.
We loved everything about Blue Manna Bistro. The food was delicious, service outstanding and the ambience casual and relaxing. For the food we ordered the kushshiksu plate which consisted of prawns, calamari and soft shell crab and the sashimi. For mains, we ordered the seafood spaghetti and the fillet of beef. Both were extremely good. Overall- highly impressive food in a nice casual bistro. The service friendly attentive and helpful.

I found the decor inside to be nice and it was warm on a cold Winter evening. My son loved his ham and cheese toastie (ciabatta). I ordered the 3 course meal with wine for $75 - cheaper than ordering them separately. My corn and cauliflower soup was pretty bland and the addition of a few chorizo slices on top seemed misplaced. Iâm not one for normally adding salt and pepper to my meals but it was really needed here. No bread either, could have really done with it. My husband had the hummus and was disappointed to find that it was literally that - a bit of hummus smeared on the plate with a few under cooked vegetables. No crackers. His main was the lamb ribs which he found very fatty. I had the duck which was quite nice, although again under seasoned. The dessert of Persian date cake was so incredibly sweet it was almost inedible. If I had paid the preposterous $18.50 for this I would felt extremely ripped off. Overall I think the menu is too limited and the meals are way over priced for the standard delivered. A rather arrogant feel about the place. Lamontâs really appreciates your feedback and we are sorry for your experience, we are always trying to improve what we do here.

We ate here twice actually. The first night we purchased seafood to eat for dinner, scallops, prawns and oysters. A very good range of both fresh and frozen seafood. A couple of days later we went back for take away fish and chips. Just outstanding quality. Freshly caught and cooked fish and chips close to perfection. They even make sure they cut the paper its wrapped in so that the chips don't steam and become soggy.
