Visited with family as we all craved curry.Service was friendly and not the quickest to begin with although after ordering the starters came out prompt. We shared onion Bhaji and something called chicken 65 on the menu to begin. Both were excellent in particular the Chicken.Main course I went with a Lamb Vindaloo which was spiced perfectly, flavour was ok although not the best I have had by any stretch and a little disappointing. Jeera rice was lovely as was the saffron rice we ordered which was really fluffy and perfectly cooked. The keema naan wasnât what I was used to back home in the UK where the bread tends to be airy and crispy with bubbles and slightly charred bits. I guess they didnât use a tandoori oven and cooked in a pan instead. The result was a slightly flatter naan which has a little grease although certainly tasted great, just different. The rest of the family enjoyed theirs in particular the Madras and Chicken Sizzler so for that I will give a 4. Overall it could improve although would visit again.

My son is vegetarian and although most Indian restaurants have a decent vegetarian selection, Haandi's is seriously extensive. I'm not vegetarian but both times I've been there I've chosen a meat free dish and have loved them both times. On the weekend I had the mushroom curry and it was one of the best things I've ever eaten. We were a party of 5 and everyone loved their chosen dishes (3 meat and 3 veggie). They take the entertainment card so this time at least it came out quite cheap for us. They are BYO. My only little issue is that the restaurant isn't in a nice location and it's a bit chilly but the food makes up for that.

Went there on Sunday night unannounced 4 of us and were warmly welcomed. Arrived around 6.30 seated straight away and given glasses and a bottle of water, which was nice. We then ordered four or five Curryâs and asked they be mild , we also ordered the large tray, with several pieces as well as fish. It was terrific, we all agreed it was a great feast. We also had 3 drinks, 1 can and 2 glasses , and thought when we paid the bill $103, very reasonable. My only criticism for the night , was the bottle of water brought to the table would have been great if chilled, minor , but it it would be better. But all in all would definitely recommend this one.

Weâve been eating in the restaurant or buying takeaway for 8 years. The food is always delicious, flavourful and of excellent quality. Service is amazing & the people are always very friendly. Jarred sauces are also available for purchase to make your own food at home. The restaurant is large with cosy spots making it suitable for couples having a romantic dinner or larger groups celebrating special occasions. We always select dishes off the menu though a buffet is also available.

I don't usually eat Indian food but the buffet at this restaurant was just right. There are tasty curries (hot or not), vegetable dishes, salads and of course naan. Self serve icecream with several flavours to chose from. The tables are a little too close together but otherwise it is a good place to eat.

The food was lovely...Service was SLOW! Despite the restaurant being mainly empty...Had to go and collect our wine glasses in the end..Had leftovers, And needed four tubs to take home and enjoy tomorrow...CANNOT believe they charge for these! What Terrible business decision!I personally would not go again, just because of this ridiculous CHARGE!

If you really like Indian food then this is the place to eat. We have been coming here for many years, the food is always excellent and well presented. The dishes are prepared by the very experienced owner/chef Zaheer. We prefer spicy traditional dishes but I know that customers who order Butter Chicken or Korma do not leave disappointed. The restaurant is busy and lively, particularly Friday and Saturday - booking in advance is advised!

I have been many times to Chilli Farms for lunches and dinners, including chaat lunch, dosas, buffet and takeaway. Indian restaurants in Perth seem to be grouped into Western/British style or authentic Indian style, Chilli farms is more on the authentic side, but with enough spice variety to have dishes for anyone. The buffet is hard to beat - good variety there. The service has always been super-friendly. When I took my wife there on date night once, the waitress sprinkled our table with silver hearts to dress it up.Thank you for a very detailed review. Much appreciated taking time to detail your experience. We look forward to an opportunity to serve you soon again.RegardsUma PachipalaChef-owner

Have eaten here many times when visiting Perth , sometimes using a Groupon voucher (which offers excellent value). The food is invariably truly tasty , and I particularly enjoy the wonderful onion bahjias as an accompaniment to whatever main course I order. The chilled mango lassi to end the well spiced meal is a must ! Service is excellent without being obtrusive . I wholeheartedly recommend Little India , and look forward to my next visit .
