Been to this establishment twice now in the past four weeks great coffee and light lunches on both occasions. Service was prompt and friendly with prices we thought reasonable. Thank you we will be back.

I've ventured out here a few times for lunch and love this little Cafe. The staff are always friendly and the food delicious. Their menu is basic and mostly healthy produce and not just vegetarian only. I always tend to go for one of the patties and salad usually served with home made chutney and a delicate dressing. Great flavours and a beautiful blend of herbs and spices. I also love the fact that its not situated on the main street. Its relaxing. So if you like the idea of sitting out on the verandah on yesteryears furniture enjoying a great meal with either coffee, tea or one of there health juices, overlooking the community gardens, its the place for you.

We were happy to accept a 40 minute wait and 15% public holiday surcharge...but what a disappointment. $30 for 2 long blacks and the smallest serve of toast we have ever received in W.A.$7.95 for one piece of fruit toast and $7.95 for the thinnest slices of rye toast...it look like they'd used a meat slicer as a couple at another table suggested. We know it was the local wood fired bread...which we have bought many times....does the mark up have to be so much. It's pure greed....we won't be back. Nor the 8 other people at our table. Fortunatly for you tourist don't have many options and you guys sure knows" how to make hay when the sunshines".

I always feel it important that when you go out for that special cup of coffee it is taken in the correct settings. Zen Coffee House more than meets this requirement as it is placed in an old traditional building with bags of atmosphere. The staff are chirpy and very pleasant and the coffee is excellent, with its savouring taste ever lasting. The food is very good, with ample sized dishes and well priced. Sit outside in the protected area from the weather, on the pavement and enjoy a relaxing few moments, whilst sampling their delicious fare.

Specialty Take Away Coffee, Smoothie Bowls and Raw Treats. Grab a coffee, jump on the wifi and get some work done or head outside to the large grass area and enjoy some sunshine and games.
Really nice little spot, nice set up with vintage and upcycled furniture styling the place. But what really surprised me is that a place using recycled furniture only offers the option of a throw away cup. Pretty poor on the environmental responsibility front in this day and age. Room for improvement team!Hey there,Thanks very much for the feedback, Unfortunately, our licensing only allows for takeaway cups. However, we do explain to everyone that does not wish to utilize our bio-degradable cups that they can bring their own keep cup and receive a 0.50c discount. We have also looked into getting a recycling program for our store where all of the waste products, bio-degradable cups, coffee grinds, cardboard and food are collected separately and disposed of correctly. Unfortunately again, this is only available in the Perth CBD area. We are hopeful that the South West can also benefit from this in the near future. We hope you enjoyed your coffee and visit and look forward to seeing you again.

French restaurant for breakfast and lunch offering traditional sweet and savoury crêpes, French cuisine and barista made coffees, BYO
Busselton in the southwest of Western Australia has recently become home to a rare treasure â a restaurant serving high quality authentic Breton cuisine. Especially the blé noir (buckwheat) savoury crêpes and/or Galettes for which the region is famous. It was Bastille Day, when I read about Le Bistro Breton, run by Breton couple Fanny & Thibaut. It sounded promising but 150km to the south of me. It was a beautiful sunny day so I set off. My hopes soared when I saw the dark colour of the âRoscoffâ smoked salmon crêpe I ordered and the first bite confirmed that I had finally found the grail I had been hoping for in this area for 4 decades! Thibaut runs the front of house and he explained that head chef Fannyâs mother (and cooking mentor), is a famous Bretonne crêpe chef and had written the definitive book on the subject âLe Livre des Crêpesâ, an award-winning publication from 1996 and her own school teaching the art of Breton crêpe cuisine.I could go on at length, but suffice to say the Roscoff crêpe and then the Galette Saucisse (a buckwheat crêpe with Breton Pork sausage made to order by a local butcher served with onion fondue, Emmental cheese, rissolées potatoes & a special French Mustard sauce) were both delicious. Buckwheat is actually not a wheat and is gluten-free. The service was excellent and the whole experience way beyond my expectations. One thing - Bistro Breton is BYO only â if you want traditional alcoholic cider with the crêpes youâll need to bring your own.

Itâs been a while between visits to the goose and I was delighted at the more casual decor and vibe. Girls were very polite and friendly .. i had fresh scones which I recommend highly and miss 15 had poached eggs which she devoured. Well priced for what we had ... will be back to try lunch again soon

The team at Alan's Café has many years of experience cooking and catering for singles, couples, and groups. We have a range of gluten-free dishes, and we're happy to make your dish any way you'd like it. All of our delicious food is made fresh on the prem
You are greeted with a wonderful welcome as soon as you walk into this cosy cafe. It felt like walking into an old friend's home. We were immediately asked if we would like a drink of water while deciding on our dining preferences - this is excellent as it is something lacking in many cafes! The food options were good and well explained by the staff. The cooked meals we ordered all arrived in good time and were very tasty. We will definitely going there again.
