Busy café when we arrived, most tables occupied, I was table spotter while the ladies ordered. Service friendly, a little slow but not a worry as we enjoyed the warmth. Coffees, pie, wrap, soup and beef burger; - delicious lunch in a friendly atmosphere. The cakes were very tempting, but had to wait for another visit. Definitely recommended for delicious food.

The Pemberton region has long been recognised for its towering Karri forests and breathtaking scenery and it is fast gaining a reputation for being a gourmets delight. Our chefs take pride in selecting and presenting a range of magnificent local produce.
We found that despite having fires at both ends of the barn like building it was cold and drafty where we were sitting. It wasn't helped by an emergency exit door being left open. There wine list was good and service acceptable. However, at breakfast my wife ordered two courses, stewed fruit and a poached egg. They were both served at the same time. My wife asked the person serving to take the egg away and keep the meal hot until she was ready for it. Naturally, it was cold when served the second time.

Foragers has that perfect mix of seclusion, comfort while still being central to many sites and activities in the region. A great private retreat with lovely accommodation makes Foragers the place to base yourself for a few days. Run by owner and Master Chef Sophie and her husband Chris this property is beautifully maintained. Vegetable gardens, and a chicken coop add a nice touch. The rooms are very comfortable with full kitchens, beds that easily put you to sleep, TV, AC, Fireplace with loads of wood if needed. Wished we were there for the Saturday night dinner...we heard it is amazing and not to be missed, oh well, next time. Sophie is delightful and will give you all the information that you will need to insure that you have an amazing time around the Pemberton region. The "Tall Trees" are here so Foragers is the perfect base to rest up before and after your climbs.

Thoroughly enjoyed our family lunch. Although the restaurant is picturesque, would recommend sitting on the terrace as main dining area can get a little noisy if big groups are present. The food was delicious - portions arenât large for the price but all of our meals were very much enjoyed. There is a lovely childrenâs menu too at reasonable prices. Very pleasant.

Cosy small bar featuring local wines, beer and ciders. Our Tapas are made from locally sourced produce.
After a year of following Treehouse on Facebook I was happy to finally have the opportunity to visit twice while staying in Pemberton recently. It was almost everything I hoped for and is definitely highly recommended.I enjoyed the setting and on the first visit the ambient music. Second visit had live music which was good but not so much my style. The vibe was good with live music and patrons. Food was good quality, our only problem being items that had run out or not on the menu the days we visited. The first time was early (4:30pm) with our 3yo and we had a selection of savoury tapas that were all nice. The second time we went was after our 3yo was in bed so we thought we'd pop out for desert Tapas while other family kept watch, but only had one desert food option because the other option was run out. It would be nice to have a few more desert options, we expected maybe 3-4 desert options even if they are simple. It is nice that the food is prepared there in the restaurant, and that not all the food is deep fried like some Tapas - there is a good mix of savoury Tapas.I'm looking forward to popping in again when we are next in Pemberton.

Lunch at Holy Smoke was wonderful. We over ordered and managed to fininsh the entire meal. The platters are well priced and the selection of foods on them is very good: smkoed duck, portugese chicken, smoked chicken pate, smaked trout pate, smoked salmon, ham, various salad vegetables and fruit and cheese. The smoking is done really well... We ended with coffee, again very good. The adjoiining gallery displays some wonderful woodw ork and other craft items, often at high prices, but superb workmanship and materials.
