Excellent set up. Orders taken at the register and your name is called when it is ready, the long line moved quickly and everyone was happy. Restaurant was clean and staff was friendly and smiling. Easily accessible from interstate, although a larger, maybe street level sign would be helpful, we almost missed it! Food was great, better than most!

Chilis is a great chain which we have visited in Florida several times. In Beckley, West Virginia, we had a terrible experience. After a long day on the road, all we wanted was hot food, a drink then head off to the hotel. We were greeted with a lacklustre hostess, who simply dropped of the menus and left, not barely a word. Our waitress took or order of a beer and asked for our ID, she was unsure on how to read our Canadian drivers license. After she took the order, the bartender came over and asked to see it again, he stated he was unsure if he could take Canadian ID, really? We are in our 60's! When we got our appetizer we were not given individual plates. The waitress walked by our table 6 times, we were unable to catch her eye. When we finished she asked if we wanted dessert, we said no and received our bill. Unfortunately the bartender was not available to speak to, so I contacted the head office to let them know this happened. the head office was very prompt to respond, but it is an experience I will never forget. Again, terrible service, really was disappointing evening. We will NEVER visit that restaurant again, but will use the one in Florida.
This restaurant has great chips and salsa. The menu is extensive and offers more than most Mexican restaurants. I had the Chori Pollo and it was excellent. I would certainly return here again.

we had 6 of us come in and we were treated right away. Staff got on the line to serve us fast. We were able to download an app for free chips which made my golfers happy.Food was hot and fresh and actually too much in the servings but thats what they do.

Recently visited Rio Grande for the first time while on a week long service trip. They had pre-arranged an area of tables for our very large group, mostly consisting of 11-13 year old kids with a smattering of adult chaperones. Fortunately for the other patrons, they provided us with one half of the restaurant...which (also fortunately for the other patrons) is mostly divided by a center wall. The servers had everything down to a science, quickly taking down drink & food orders. The complimentary chips and salsa were yummy & plentiful. The food arrived relatively quickly, and boy was it good! A fellow traveler was a Texas native, who proclaimed the food to be excellent. Can't get much higher praise for Mexican food than to be endorsed by a Texan! The fajitas arrived on screaming hot iron skillets, and smelled wonderful. The menu was so varied I had a difficult time deciding what to get, eventually settling on the Grande Special Combo meal, which included a sampling of about 6 menu items, rice, beans & a guacamole salad with what looked like garden grown, ripe tomatoes. Everything was delicious! Of everything, my favorites were the chile relleno, the chalupa, and the guacamole. The refried beans were superb as well. The ground beef had a very pleasant black pepper taste that made me want to eat more well after I was already stuffed. All the restaurant staff were efficient, patient and friendly. They worked very hard to ensure our group received an exceptional dinner after we'd had a hard day of work. It was very much appreciated how much they did for us, and how great the food was! If I ever have the pleasure of going back to this beautiful part of our great nation, I hope to make my way back to Rio Grande!

Looking for something different for dinner as we passed thru Beckley and found reviews for Campestre. Glad we stopped. The food was good and the portions were large. They even have a number of vegetarian selections too. Parking out front is limited and tight however thereâs plenty of spaces around back.
