Brought the family to dinner, and was shocked when we looked at the menu. Food was good (not great) but absolutely over priced. This is a good restaurant when they're running promotions (Tuesday) but Mexican food with no alcohol (a school night ) shouldn't ever run over $10 per plate. Wouldn't rule out a return on a Tuesday ($2 tacos...) but will be searching for a better price option.

Habanero is a good choice when in downtown Martinsville. The dishes are put together in front of you and done with fresh ingredients. The menu looks a little small, but you can make lots of changes and make each dish your own with the variety of choices.

Fiesta Tapatia was recommended by a friend and I found my takeout meal to be excellent. My experience was very good and started with the greeting when I arrived. The hostess was very friendly and helpful. She made sure I received a menu quickly and helped by making a few recommendations. I ordered a combination with one chicken burrito and one chicken quesadilla. i was given a glass of water while i waited for my meal which was a nice touch. It took less than 15 minutes for my meal to be ready. The meal came with chips and salsa, refried beans and rice. The amount of food for $12 seemed fair. I think I have found my new favorite place for dinner in Martinsburg!

I always really enjoy the food at Las Trancas, particularly the queso dip and enchaladas. Plus it is VERY reasonably priced, especially if you go for lunch (speedy Gonzalez is my go to for only $5.55!).However, there have been some issues weâve come across. I used to work at the Edible Arrangements directly next door and weâd get food occasionally. One day we got an assortment of food, the boss got chips and salsa...and found glass in the salsa. He tried to take it up with the manager (Hugo) and he just blew him off basically. This was a few years ago, but as far as I know Hugo is still the manager. We also sometimes have issues with very slow service and not getting refills very often. Going in a group bigger than 6 can guarantee slower service. I go from time to time, when Iâm really craving good cheap Mexican food, but itâs not a regular stop due to the issues mentioned.
