First time visiting Broderick restaurant and looks forward to more. We had brunch today and everything came out delicious. I enjoyed the fresh from scratch food and great beer selection. The staff was great and very eager to help with selection and great service.

This place is top notch! They use locally sourced high quality ingredients. I have been to Paris and eaten at all of the top macaron places, and I think Ginger Elizabeth's are better. I love that they don't use artificial flavors, or colors. The price for a macaron is fair and they really are delicious. The chocolate is amazing as well, but I'm just as pleased with Dove chocolate, as chocolates are not my favorite. Rest assured that Ginger's Elizabeth's chocolates will always be delicious and much higher quality than of course the name brand store bought chocolate. The ice cream is amazing as well! There was a coffee bourbon one that was the best ice cream I have ever had. Unfortunately, the ice cream flavors change, so I'm not sure if I will ever get that kind again, but it was the best! The bright side to the flavors of ice cream changing is that you can try so many different kinds that you never would have thought of. You can definitely tell when something is made with the best ingredients. It's worth the price. If you are the type of person that would prefer store bought low quality, then yes, the prices will seem high. But I'll gladly pay for quality. The store is always clean and the staff is always friendly. I can't say enough good things! And their products make awesome gifts! If you haven't tried it, you definitely should!

Convenient downtown location. Excellent service and casual atmosphere. Love the natural wood tables. The coffee drinks are made with the best beans which are perfectly roasted. Nice assortment of very good pastries. Price for coffee beans is high but so is the quality. I support local businesses and this one is very good!!!

Having traveled to Italy on many occasions & visited many regions, I’ve had lasagna plenty of times to know good, great or bad. Biba’s is exceptional, and Biba personally greeting your table makes the experience off the chart fantastic.
Be sure to ask about lasagna availability when calling to make your reservation, because it isn’t on the menu everyday, and I suggest going early enough to safely assure yourself they won’t be sold out.
I’m in love with Biba’s charm and her food, so I never miss a chance to dine here when I’m in Sacramento.

Carol's Restaurant is a family run, local business and one of our favorite breakfast/lunch destinations. Carol's serves our favorite comfort foods in a home-style environment. My kids love their breakfast items (particularly their pancake and omelet breakfasts). Serving sizes are amazing for the price. Carol's is always filled with locals and is the perfect place for breakfast and lunch with family.
Carol's only serves breakfast and lunch. It is usually pretty busy, but the food is well worth the wait. While the restaurant may not directly offer wifi, it is across from City Hall where free wifi that is accessible at the restaurant. And while they don't deliver (to my knowledge) they do prepare food to go upon request that is made fresh and is insulated well.

The sign alone is a good clue as to the tone and character of Gunther's ... a neighborhood classic that is in the same league as Vics (in Land Park) ... Old School favorite ... you know just how good that ice cream will be right?!!!

I have been going to Mikuni's since they opened up in Rancho on Hazel. Despite the expansion, they still pay attention to the customer and service. We started at the bar and waited for a table. Once seated, the server was good at making suggestions based on our questions. The rolls are amazing. I was a bit disappointed in the "mixed" sununomo. There was not mix. It was sliced cucumbers with fileted shrimp. It was good, but did not meet our expectations. You can dine here very affordably...a novelty in Downtown Sacramento...without compromising service and quality. I highly recommend!

This was my first visit. I enjoyed my deluxe (meaning it has lettuce and tomato) cheese burger and small chili fries. Very reasonably priced for what I would call an old-fashioned tasty burger. I have certainly had better chili fries, but these tasted better than they looked. The wait was a little longer than I expected, given that there did not appear to be many people ordering yet, but it wasn't unduly long. I think it might not be a good idea to go at the peak of lunch time if you need to get back to work quickly. I am looking forward to going back later this summer and trying a shake.

Went here for business dinner at 8pm and the place was reasonably busy but not so busy we couldn't get seated right away. The food was delicious and plentiful. So much so we all took half of our meals home. Service was excellent and prices fair for the amount of food we got. I would recommend.

We feature a seasonal menu, inspired primarily by the beautiful cuisines of northern Italy and southern France. In addition, we offer a diverse wine list and a full bar featuring artisanal cocktails and aperitifs.
The Waterboy is one of the best dining experiences we have encountered in a long time. The interior is classy (not drippy) upscale white tablecloth. The patrons (for the most part) were dressed the part, which seems to be an exception these days. Nice to see on a Saturday night out. Our server, Courtney, was top notch in every way. Professional, articulate, and personable. In fact all of the staff was really great. Everyone covered all the bases with ease. And, the pace of the service throughout the evening was perfect.
The food was excellent from beginning to end, with marinated olives, to our salads (chicories salad and the beet salad), I totally could have made a meal out of just the chicories salad (fantastic!). Main courses were the ravioli with a turnips side, and the lamb shank with risotto... All of them spectacularly prepared. It is also great to know that The Waterboy serves sustainable, local food.
We never felt rushed at all, in fact we felt like we were supposed to stay and just revel in the wonderful meal we had just savored.
This place is truly on our "HIT LIST" for dining.
