Things to do in Gili Air
We are open Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner,
I had Nasi Campur, which was excellent and quite a big portion. I also had Ice Cream, which apparently wasnât homemade, but the price was low though. Including two small bintang I only paid 80k for all I listed.Friendly and very fast servers.

Great setting for sunset and friendly staff. But that's about it. I'd explained I was vegan when I arrived and the host assured me that was fine and ushered us in. I ordered a vegetable wrap..which turned out to be just peppers in a tortilla wrap COVERED in mayonnaise (not vegan) with a handful of lettuce on the side. I just scraped the mayo off and ate it as I dont like to be wasteful. I also ordered a Mai Tai cocktail - you could tell it had been made with fresh juice which was great, but the finished product was just a glass filled with 75% foam and a bit of juice in the bottom..couldn't really taste any alcohol. We both ordered bruschetta to start, mine was ordered without feta cheese..they both came without feta and without the balsamic vinegar which was on the menu.

A beautiful restaurant on the South Beach of Gili Air with the only swimming area on a Sand Beachfront, The restaurant was built amongst the trees to create a beautiful cool experience, an extensive menu with something for everyone from Local fare to Inte
Having spent 20 days on the island, 50 % of our dinners were taken at either the Beach Club or the Café.Food is fresh and cooked to order with great hand cut wedges to dip into the amazing chicken curry.Happy Hour in the Beach Club is great. The Beach Club has more of a " restaurant " feel with linen table clothes and napkins but this is not reflected in the cost. Its still very reasonable in cost.Personally we preferred the more rustic feel of the Café with nice furniture, cosy feel with the added bonus as a non smoking that smokers do not smoke within the café. A real plus for us.Both places great in there own rights. We would definitely recommend the chicken curry. Friendly staff , good service. We hope to be back soon.

Legend Bar is under new ownership and will be undertaking a full refurbishment soon. The party night (Wednesday) will remain but there will be a new food and drinks menu coming soon.
Legend Bar is the best spot to catch the sunset on Gili Air. Great cocktails, cold beer just a great place to chill all round. The staff are what make this place though, super friendly and always smiling!

A Special Gem on Paradise Raja Bar's Revamp is fit for a king, the features a fully stocked bar, along with an international restaurant. Great Music, friendly staff and beautiful scenery will accompany the best, healthy and "home taste" food and drink.
Great food, great service and attentive staff. Raja is everything you look for in a holiday bar/restaurant. The staff are superb and spend time interacting with guests - special mention to Ayon who is a superstar and keeps everyone entertained. A handful of 'locals' drink here and it's really interesting to sit at the bar and chat to them. The food was excellent - ikan sambal matah (fish with sambal) was divine. I'd highly recommend paying Raja a visit during your stay on the island.

Stayed for 3 nights after a long 3 week holiday elsewhere. On arrival we were checked in within seconds. They were obviously expecting us and didn't feel the need to go through the usual admin none sense. The bungalows are spacious and clean with hammocks at the front and open air bathroom at the back. The rooms are a little dark in the evening, especially as they lack a central light (same goes for the bathroom - midnight poo's are a little eerie). Overall though I enjoyed the rooms and slept well (beds have fully enclosed netting). The restaurant and beach bar out front were pretty good. Service is a little slow at times, but having sampled the pizza, kebabs, seafood and of course nasi and mi goreng, the food is top notch. The fresh juices are good too.Waiting staff were always helpful and polite with great personalities.Would visit again - location is about 300m from the dock, but has plenty of other restaurants and conveniences stores within metres - plus a very good spa (Jasmin Spa).
Restaurant and bar serving Indonesian, Mexican, Thai, western and local Lombok food right on the beach. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A selection of fresh local fish available for barbeque every day after 6pm. Sun beds are free of charge for custo
Chili and the team have set up a fabulous 'old style' bar and restaurant right on the beach where the turtles often swim. Great variet of food on offer from Indonesian urap urap to hot potato chips and everything in between. After snorkeling it is a joy to simply relax on the bamboo sunbeds or grab a bite to eat at the tables and watch the world go by. The atmosphere is laid back and fun, with Chili being the consumate host and serving great food and drinks. Thanks Chili... we will be back!

I arrived to Gili Air pretty sick, so it was difficult for me to eat more than a few bites of anything. My meal at shark bites was the first solid food I could keep down and enjoy. I had the beetroot salad (ask for the dressing on the side) and my boyfriend had the chicken sandwich with potato wedges. The staff is attentive and friendly, and the restaurant is very clean. We ended up eating there 3 times during our short stay on the island.
