This cafe is just a few yards from the town centre but we had a lovely breakfast there.The owner speaks English and is very friendly. Good coffee and home made redcurrant jam. Less than half the price of breakfast offered in the hotel we were staying in although admittedly no doubt that would have been more extensive but as we don't eat cheese or meat for breakfast we didn't want to spend so much money! We just wanted coffee and croissants.

If you are visiting small town Poperinge, and have little bit hungry, this frituur is a good choice. You can order french fries, burgers, chicken wings, and other fried things. In my opinion, their burger is just standard burger like McD or Quick. Nothing special. Their french fries are good enough. Their chicken wings are a bit too salty.

Had dinner one evening, wasn't expecting much but we really enjoyed it.Half chicken, Carbonade Flamand, two Belgian beers and dessert came to â¬35.80Served with good humour, there was plenty on the plate, really tasty and well cooked.The place is also a take away and was quite busy on a Sunday night.The menu offers a wide selection of Pizza, pasta and some of the local specialities.We would certainly go there again.
