If full grade is 5 points, I will give my grading regarding the following aspects:Hanger steak, chimichurri sauce, watercress, Hasselback potatoes: 5Catch of the day (sea bass), mashed potatoes from chevril, cassave, mussel sauce: 5Mocktail: 4Finger foods as complimentary: 4Appearance: 5Portion size: 3Value: 4Clean: 4Service: 4Environment: 5This stylish bistro is definitely a good place to relax by dining the tasty dishes and beverage. This restaurant is decorated by vibrant colors and entertaining figures to make a special atmosphere here. The main dishes were as good as the decoration of this restaurant. Not only the delicate flavor, but also had outstanding garnishing and food presentation. Sea bass with mussel sauce was a brilliant way to combination that made this dish with condensed umami flavor. Hanger steak is one kind of steak which needs an advanced cooking ability to deal with the chewy texture. This restaurant did well one this dish, not too bloody like a raw meat and not too chewy. I could taste the natural flavor steak in every single meat.According to the above reasons, I recommend the guests who travel to Brugge not to miss this outstanding bistro.

We are a small family restaurant and work with local, organic farmers (farm to table). We offer a seasonal menu that changes every few weeks. So we kindly ask to check our menu on www.reliva.be before making a reservation. *Only good vibes * Have a nice d
We are Americanâs visiting Belgium and this is one of the best restaurants we have been to here. We did not have a reservation but they managed to fit us In. Itâs a small restaurant so we recommend making reservations. They have a limited amount of servings each night. The service was excellent and the staff spent considerable time going over the menu with us. There was a strong sense of pride in their ingredients which we greatly appreciate. My wife is a vegetarian and loved her vegetable dish. The steak tataki with the homemade wasabi sauce is one of the best I have had.Highly recommend this quaint gem of a restaurant with a true farm to table experience. By far a major highlight of our holiday. Thanks a lot for this beautifull feedback, we feel blessed you will come back tonight!

Bruut represents a symphony of Flemish terroir and craftmanship with a contemporary twist. In our own way, we try to honour the nostalgia and tradition of our Flemish heritage. We work together with passionate people who are helping us to put the old Flem
I canât speak highly enough about this restaurant. It is a cozy and comfortable room with 9 tables a few blocks off of Burg Square, with a single seating. Dress casually and prepare to spend the evening sampling wonderful flavors created into works of art almost too pretty to eat. The only decisions are: 5 courses or 6, and wine pairing or not. I say, go for it all!!The dishes are beautifully presented, the wine selections are unique and inspired, and the service is spot-on. It ranks among the best dining experiences we have ever had, and we have traveled the world. You wonât be disappointed!

Went here for lunch today and absolutely loved it. My husband and I both got Thai dishes, he the chu chi and I got the panang. Both were out of this world and it was probably the best panang curry Iâve had anywhere. The service was fantastic. Both the owner and chef came and chatted with us as well. The chef is Thai and the Thai food she cooks is top notch. Weâre going to have to return to try their Belgian specialties as well before we leave. A quick note on the menu: it is limited but there are plenty of delicious sounding options for you to choose from. I canât recommend this place enough.

Lovely meal after a day wandering. The starters were actually the highlight for us. Cheese croquettes, sweetbread croquettes and chefs special mushrooms were absolutely spectacular. Mains were also yum (hot potato, stew and tartar) but not quite as outstanding as the starters. Friendly staff and overall great evening. Definitely recommend adding this restaurant to your trip to Brugges.

We offer fine seasonal Flemish - French cuisine by Chef Gregory Slembnrouck whose inspiration is led by high quality, fresh market produce. His second home is certainly his stove, where he spends most of his time there creating and working his culinary ma
We were in Bruges for a few days to celebrate my wife's birthday and I decided to look for something special for her birthday dinner. I chose Le Mystique from on-line research and booked through their website. The booking was quickly acknowledged followed by a message to provide a credit card number. This I did by telephone and received rapid confirmation. Prior to the due date I received a text reminder. We were greeted in a most friendly manner on arrival and shown straight to our reserved table - one of the best in the small restaurant area that was in use that evening. Although I had been asked in advance whether we had any allergies or intolerances I had unfortunately failed to mention that my wife does not eat fish.As the menu is based on a five course tasting menu - there is an a la carte option too - the chef was consulted about how my wife could have her five courses without fish. This was done without fuss and a suitable list of courses was quickly devised.By the time we had an appetiser and other little treats between courses it felt as if we had eight course rather than five! Each offering was exquisite in both taste and presentation and we had a most delightful meal which will long be remembered for all the right reasons.Service was efficient by well informed staff who seemed genuinely eager to please. The meal was not cheap but this was fine dining done very well. Highly recommended for a special occasion.Dear guest,We feel honored that you have chosen our restaurant for the special occasion of your wife's birthday. We would really like to thank you for taking your time to review your dinner with us and will personally make sure that your kind words are transferred to the entire team.It is highly important to us to exceed each of our guests' expectations and we like to do whatever possible in order to achieve that, even if there is an unforeseen situation! We look forward to welcoming you again on your next visit in the magical city of Bruges!Kind regards,Johan, Isabelle and team

Welcome to the Parkrestaurant ! A stylish yet relaxed restaurant in a 19th-century listed Townhouse, facing the beautiful Koningin Astrid Park. Family owned since 1989. Traditional, simple, yet tasty, Belgian cuisine. Jazzy background music. Menu formulas
Following a wonderful 15 day SCENIC River Cruise from Budapest to Amsterdam, my wife and I spent 3 nights in Amsterdam and 4 in Bruges (Belgium) at Hotel de Orangerie. While in Bruges, we dined at the Park Restaurant. Axel (co-owner) with his brother Frederic (co-owner, CHEF) run an INCREDIBLE SHOW. From start to finish, the attention, food, adult beverages, ambiance, email follow-up "pre and post" were ALL what the WORLD needs more of. Simply AMAZING - Peter & Ann.

This 25 year existing business is recently took over by Heidi (oktober 2018). She develloped the business by putting even more traditional flemish things on the menu. The cosy atmosfer, music of the '60 and happy people did even bloom the business more th
Pleasant staff member looked after us efficiently. Like all restaurants in central Brugge we felt this place was a little over-priced for basic food but we enjoyed the evening. It is unclear why so many restaurants think it right to charge so much for simple food but they know they have a captive audience in the tourist trap area and they get away with it. Obviously they have overheads and a business that needs to make money but â¬15-â¬18 for a simple salad?!This restaurant proved to be of a standard matching others in the area and has pleasant decor, furnishings and style. A good choice of food and wine. We're pleased to hear you enjoyed yourself so much. But in answer to your unclear question it has nothing to do with a tourist trap area but with abnormal high renting rates, taxes and staf costs that we are unable to rival with our neighbour countries. If you had gone out of the centre to eat you would have found the same prices for the food.

Enjoy a performance of international excellence with a drink in the Concertgebouwcafe afterwards. The Concertgebouwcafe is not only a great attraction for concert goers, but for everyone!
I love the fact that the cafe to the concert hall is accessible to the public. Even if you are not attending a play or concert you can sit on the terrace and have a refreshing drink. The food we ordered was really delicious, the staff were quite efficient and professional. It's accessible from the train station and the bus stop is right outside. We opted to take a stroll through the park then explore a bit of the city.
