In the wonderful location theres a quiet place rather than the impressive nativity church view And delicious food and fresh drinks We welcome you all ths day time .. we will be very happy for your visit
On leaving the church nativity.. stopped in this quaint little restaurant for a quick bite and a cold refreshment..ordered the sandwich and fries which was surprisingly quite nice. The fries were quite crunchy and the service was nice too.
Dropped by here for coffee and a pastry - loved it. This lovely looking cafe-restaurant is located in the Christian quarter of Bethlehem. For western visitors- youâll find your more commercial restaurants- but this cafe has a nice indoor and outdoor seating to take in the sites. Loved it

When it comes to Divano restaurant, I think I am an expert. I think I have been to the place more than twice a month for the past 3 years. You can say I am a regular. This restaurant offers the best shisha (nargila), and they change the coals always. The staff is very friendly and they always offer advice on their plates and know them well. They can alter the dishes to suit your allergies which is something not done in many restaurants. The food is so good and the prices are very reasonable. The ambiance is very warm and welcoming and it has a certain buzz that makes me come back every time. What more can I say? It's my favorite hangout in Bethlehem.

Where to eat Barbecue food in Bethlehem: The Best Restaurants and Bars
Right in the center of Bethlehem, and few meters from the Manger Square you can find your new favorite place; Bab idDeir Gallery & Kitchen. A place where you can relax, enjoy your drinks, snacks and maybe some good ShiSha too.
Soft and breezy, tiny, maybe a dozen tables, three floors up, located in Hosh Dick in the old city, overlooking Manger Street, a couple blocks downhill from the Church of the Nativity, Bab idDeir Gallery and Kitchen is a bar; it is a cafe and a kitchen. And downstairs itâs an art gallery. A place to eat, a stop to drink or smoke shisha, someplace to visit with friends, or just sit and read; whatever you choose, you'll be pleased. Fifteen foot high ceilings, anchor cool indoor outdoor lamps, the entire place is a wide opened airy respite from the summer heat. Eclectic catchy music, on premium speakers - Arabic and jazzy English, Turkish and Spanish, couch the city sounds. At night the lamps and music pluck you from the street below. This place is hip - quietly so. Bethlehemâs summer nights are pleasant. making the entire spot a kind of an outdoor indoor patio. A dozen small table tops and comfortable modern chairs hug an outside railing, accented by flower filled boxes and green leafy vines climbing artsy stone columns. Attractive wooden engineered accents embrace a circular, central kitchen and short bar. Cuddled up against ancient three stories of old stone walks and walls, tall doors, and iron balconies, that lead up the back steps into the old city square, the place stands as a door (Bab) from present into past. A past long long ago. Breakfast 9:00 to 14:00. Dinner the rest of the way until midnight, all week long (off Mondays) the menu is simple, and like the music eclectic. Ten sandwiches - ten appetizers - Italian, International, with a Palestinian focus, a handful of Arabic Salads, and a couple of specials all of the food is delightful. Breakfast is Palestinian. Drinks, hot and cold, and squeezed fruit juices share space with a deep bar. Plenty of beer - five bottles, both of the West Bank's quality homegrown breweries - Taybeh and Shepherds, in addition to Carlsberg draught. Cocktails, mocktails, wine, and a host of top shelf liquor - specializing in a dozen versions of fine scotch, provide plenty of choices. The staff is kind, interested and interesting. And so attentive. English is fluent all the way around. I donât know if Iâve ever parked on a more pleasant upstairs patio. And Iâve pulled in to quite a few of them around the world. Here, you just kind of exhale and breathe - ...and feel the world drift by.Thank you so much Bob Wood for taking the time to share with us this amazingly detailed review! It just made our day. We work so hard to offer the best service and food in the best possible environment. We appreciate your kind words and how you beautifully shared your experience at our place. We are happy that you mentioned that it's your favorite spot in Bethlehem. It means so much for us. We hope to see you again soon !

This is one of my favourite haunts in the Middle East. I have spent countless evenings enjoying Ross's hospitality and Taboo's unique atmosphere, which is either very lively or wonderfully mellow, according to the time of day. This will always be my favourite place to round of the night. For those that have not visited do! This place has real charm, great staff and service, delicious food, and excellent narghile!
