No emergency back up generator during loadshedding
Reviewed By charlesvanniekerkNo generators during loadshedding. No electricity for hours. One would think in this day and age this problem would have been addressed years ago. Wont return to stay here in future. Staff friendly and food good but unfortunately this single poor item does not justify the price paid for ( a very old room by now)

Reviewed By jcleme831856The guesthouse was beautiful, clean, and very safe. It was located in a lovely neighborhood. The surrounding grounds were lovely and very peaceful. The room and bed were very comfortable and luxurious. The hostess was very friendly, accommodating, and very nice. She made me feel very welcomed.

Nice accomodation in the Northern Suburbs
Reviewed By VerototooThe area is very nice and safe. I've done an evening walk and an early morning run and I felt safe. The check-in didn't go that smoothly (I didn't have the codes to access and the owner was not reachable at the time I called, but I eventually managed to enter when another guest came in). The room I get was comfortable and fully equipped. Nice view overlooking the mountains and the golf course.

Reviewed By Emilia CWe received excellent service from the Bell Rosen staff. All amenities were in perfect condition and the staff really went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. I definitely recommend Bell Rosen to anyone seeking a home away from home with a scrumptious breakfast as an added bonus! Truly a hidden gem.
